Got this from Jane:

Life looks so wonderful to many people, their work is fulfilling, the house were they live does not need repair, their bank account stable, family members are enjoying good health, friends are loyal…But some people don’t realize that good times, however, can be dangerous. The comforts and pleasures of this world can become so important that we give GOD little or no place in our thoughts. Prosperity can lead to complacency. Let’s be careful that we do not forget the LORD…specially when all looks bright in our lives because prosperity maybe a greater test of character than poverty.

Getting a credit card is so easy these days. Even banks have eased up on their loan approvals. Loans can now be availed with collateral or having to issue post dated checks. A Personal Loan does that. However, since approval is so easy, there are many who have fallen prey to bad credit. So they need to rebuild their credit standing. It better to have a credit card that acts like a prepaid one. Credit Cards for Bad Credit are the best option so you can control your spending too.Best Leading Lenders provides you a chance to compare credit card offers so you can find the card which meets your needs.

Yesterday was Hospital Day for the kids. Matthew had his x-rays done (so did Martha), then we went to have his hearing test too. I still need to get the results for the x-ray and then have him referred to an EENT specialist but there really is hearing loss on his left ear :(. So heartbroken on this one. The thing that saddens me is that hearing loss is irreversible. We need to be extra careful from now on.

It seems with the weakening of the US dollar, the house market is on the rise these days. There are more applications for mortgages and home loans at the bank. Most think it is the cheapest the real estate industry has come to. Most homeowners are thinking about re-mortgage too so they can renovate the house. They say cheap mortgages are very hard to find these days so they need to strike while the iron is hot and opportunities are coming in! We are moving homes next year, and while it is not owned but rented, I want to know all about these kinds of talks as I want to be educated when my time of owning a house comes!

Martha has asthma and the Kuya has otitis media. It really is a stressful week. Add to that pressures at work and I think I will be the next one to get sick. I have pimple stress all over my face already due to lack of sleep and stress.

And dont get me started on all the medicines they are taking. I had to list a schedule since the two of them have at least TWO round the clock medicines. I need to come home early. Speaking of coming home early, I need to finish work too.

We haven’t gone on a vacation for a looong time. So do you see this vacation widget? It’s a vacation countdown I made for our planned vacation trip next year - in December. I promised Edil I will look like the woman he met prior to the kids by that time so we can really enjoy ourselves in the beach! I have to be honest here - I wont enjoy a day in the beach with all the weight I have. So I really plan to lose weight first! I plan to don a sexy mini sarong when that time comes and sip my all-time favorite mango shake! Where will we go? While most couples go to Boracay, Bohol or Palawan, I want to go to Cebu. I really fell in love with Mactan’s white beaches so I wish we can get to stay there.

How about you? Do you have any vacations you are planning? I strongly recommend you get the vacation countdown widget I have there on my upper paragraph! It is a reminder to prepare for you next grand vacation. And if you are planning to go to the beach, the perfect outfit and clothes should be in your list!

It is the second day of December and we are nearing Christmas! Yay! There are still a lot to be done, but Im taking it all in stride and just trying to live each day and make it memorable. I dont have work today so I can finally work on getting the tree up. Martha has been having a terrible cold so I need to keep an eye out for her too. I hope all the things in my to-do list gets crossed off today. I really want to have things done before I report to work on Tuesday.
