It seems that house buying are on a freeze right now, with the changing of the seasons and the colder months coming in. My aunt told me that houses in their area dropped, so everybody has been on a look-buy-spend spree, moving houses and some even selling theirs. Hence, mortgages and applications for home loans are flying off the bank shelves. I really do not know anything much about it since we do not have our own house, but I do not want to not be able to pay off mine so I need to save.
