It is so true that plumbing problems
are the worst. However, if you know a good plumber, chances are, you will never look for one again. There even are some who try DIY plumbing for a few bucks. But in my experience the problem never gets solved and in time it crops back. So soon you only end up paying more. So better you find a good one, like George Brazil(http://www.georgebrazil.net) in LA. They even have money saver packages, which indeed are profitable.
