Well, thanks to the Black Friday Sale, I was able to buy gifts online.Now, the only one left on my list is to find gifts for myself and my husband. I have been looking for Old Navy coupon codes and
coupons from Gap since we badly need clothes. We havent really shopped for ourselves in two years. Thankfully, Im able to find reliable coupons at couponchief.com, and they work! I have used them so many times already!

I guess I now have a reason why I turned into such a slacker when Christmas is less than 25 days away. Remember I was so excited before? Well, I think it has something to do with clutter. I got into thinking I need to take out all the junk and be done with them before new ones come this Christmas :). And that’s where my laziness comes from. I cannot put up the tree without cleaning the house first, right? And then Im too lazy to clean the house, LOL.
I guess we all should start somewhere.

We need to really apply new concrete on our garage floor. It has been severely damaged when plumbing was done in our compound and there are big holes near the gate that might get someone injured. There garage floors in CarGuyGurage.com. I really would like a floor that has coating on it like epoxy so it is easier to clean. Plus, it gets shined easily and our garage can be converted to a party or play area when we have occassions to celebrate.

How do you do it? Do you do it all in one day or do you buy pieces every now and then?
I dont know whether Ill buy stuff to decorate for later. Instinct tells me to set up whatever I have for now and just buy whatever is lacking.
I still need to get my tree up. I need to get them up by December 1 since after that, it will be insanely busy already.

My sister is so excited to go the US this month, God-willing. She will be originally staying in San Francisco but she is looking forward to going to Chicago next year around spring. One of the reasons for the excitement is because the Boston Red Sox Spring Training Schedule has been posted already and she wants to attend it badly! Our cousins there are big fans and they never fail to watch their games everytime they can. They are now available for purchase and as early as now, my cousins have bought their tickets already! They are even confirming with Abbie if she will go to Chicago so they can get her a ticket as well.

I think everyone has this problem. I always have the problem of managing my time right, wisely and balanced. I try to map out a schedule but oftentimes it is not followed because I get distracted by other things. The main culprit is the internet - well not really, buy my needless need for internet surfing. Most of my job requires me to be in front of the computer and there is always internet connection at work and home so temptation is great.
Any ideas how to let me stay off and be focused?

I love making crafts. I actually cannot wait until Martha gets older so we can do crafts together. With Matthew, we are limited to doing non-girly stuff or else he or the Dad will protest
I like to try out knitting, hybrid projects and even doing handcrafted jewelry. One of my nieces are actually addicted to bling! These are tiny, shiny crystals that can be arranged into patterns ready to peel off and stick on anywhere. The bling pattern kits are selling like hotcakes everywhere. It seems to be the trend these days among teens. They but pattern kits which contain over 500 crystals per kit, then they stick it up on their things - belts, cell phones, ipods, mirrors, pda’s and laptops, everything they have! I think the reason kids love them is because it allows them to glam up their things for a fraction of a cost and let them stand out. If I am a parent, I would even encourage them to have it instead of them trying to get the real deal!! They are like jewel sets without the moolah!! I think I need to get some sets for my nieces - they are totalling more than ten already! And I might get lucky - every 100th purchase will receive 1 Hannah Montana concert ticket! And they are crazy about her as well!

Children resort to aggressive behaviors because of a lack of wisdom and self-control. It is not a sign that a child is hateful or mean. Kids are human beings and human beings will get angry, we can’t prevent that. What we can do is teach our children how to handle their frustration and anger in appropriate ways. If your child uses these physical acts to express her feelings, use some of the following tips to change her behavior.
I need to remind myself this when Matthew becomes aggressive and hits people. He has the tendency to throw tantrums every now and then and kicks people. Clearly, it is something that needs to be controlled or even prevented. Maybe he still has an issue of communicating on how he feels until now? I really dont know.
One tip stood out though:
Don’t focus on punishment
More than anything your child needs instructions on how to treat other human beings, particularly during moments of anger or frustration.

Christmas is really in the air! It is colder every night - we dont even need aircon anymore. But with the cold, I am sure my kids are now more prone to cold so I need to careful. So I make it an effort to be conscious of the kids’ choices of clothing. I tell them to put a cap everytime they go out.
