Weight Loss Tips

I have been looking for weight loss tips online to help keep me motivated in my quest to lose weight. So far, I think I really need to keep off the carbs and sugar. So that means no Coke and caffeine. Wish me luck! I need sugar to live :) Not really, it helps keep my energy up, which I know, is still bad! I need to lose weight in time for my best friend’s wedding in January!
