My sister-in-law and her family recently migrated to Canada. The departure was hard on the family, particularly for my mother-inaa-law who was particularly fond of the five grandchildren she has with my sister-in-law. Her husband’s family is based in Edmunton, Alberta, Canada and they want to try it out there for a couple of years before deciding to migrate to the US. Flights to Canada are easier to book online, particuarly though this UK based travel company called DialaFlight. My sister-in-law provided feedback that Canada has really nice and beautiful tourist spots to explore. If you would want to go to Canada for a vacation, you need to bookmark www.dialaflight.com! This is a haven of information and the first step to find and book your dream holiday! You can search for flights to Canada, hotels, car rentals, travel guides, tourist guides, including calendar holidays for the country! You can book through DialaFlight too! You can call and speak with one of their travel consultants which will help you get started and make you sure you get all the requirements needed for a safety travel and happy vacation. Toronto flights are the most booked flights since it is the central hub in Canada.

I would especially enjoying visiting Canada now that a piece of our family is there already!

Time surely flies!

According to BabyCenter:
How your toddler’s growing: Your baby is growing up fast these days, walking, talking a little, and probably even using a spoon or fork when she eats. Every game she plays, whether it’s pointing to different body parts when you ask her to or putting objects into containers and taking them out again, teaches her about the world around her. One of the things she’s learning is that she’s an autonomous entity, not just an extension of you. How can you tell if your child has grasped this concept? Watch her in front of a mirror; if she recognizes herself and isn’t trying to reach out and touch the “other” baby, she gets it.

How your life is changing:
The way your child interacts with the world around her will tell you a lot about her temperament — how she’s likely to respond to different situations, people, places, and things. For example, some children are flexible and adapt easily to change, others need a more predictable schedule. You can modify your child’s environment to help her succeed. She’s depending on you to make her feel comfortable. By respecting her needs, you can help her develop to her fullest potential.

Parent Tip: Making road trips easier “Car trips can be brutal with a 15-month-old. Keep some snacks and special toys in the car to keep fidgeting at bay.” — Leslie

With all the virus in the environment today, it has been more than necessary to have the kids go thru flu vaccination. In our time, it simply wasnt an option, since 1) flu viral strains are different, 2) I guess it wasnt that deadly?.

Anyway, it really just saddens me how pediatricians charge for it these days just because parents are more worried than ever for their children’s health. Charges range from 1,000 to 2,500 pesos, while in my son’s school, they offer it for only 600 pesos! Plus, my office got all its employees immunized and charged us only the cost of the vial - which, you might be surprised to find out, only costs 257.91pesos!!

Talk about a rip off!
