I have two degrees under my name and a “professional”, being a licensed Medical Technologist and Nurse. But sad to say, Im just “all that” in paper. I have not been able to practice any of my career yet. There is a plan to all this though. Finally, we have decided to take the leap and have me quit work within the year. From there, I will take review classes and moonlight on hospitals, dialysis centers, health centers as a nurse, absorb as much as I can and then try process my nursing papers abroad. There a lot of opportunities waiting for me, be it working in a hospital or working in Long Island nursing homes.
