When my parents were in the US, I was searching for affordable (free) call cards to be able to call my parents and I was able to find really affordable Philippines calling card rates. Phone cards generally cannot guarantee clear lines when calling up internationally. So my parents were surprised when I told them to use Pingo and the lines were really clear. There were no static and the voices were crisp, as if they were just on another room.
