It is no wonder South Beach luxury condos are a hot commodity too. In Miami Beach, you can expect to see bars packed, and the clubs alive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Condos on South Beach are within walking distance to everything you need – you do not need your car! South Beach is a condominium renter’s paradise with condos for rent throughout. I would want to have one near Lincoln road because it is lined with shops, theaters and cultural tourist destinations – my type of thing.
