Fitness at Home
I recently went an lifestyle change. Seeing how unhealthy I am becoming, I incorporated little by little some physical activity to my everyday routing and eliminated some unhealthy routines like snacking late at night. These are baby micro mini steps – I cannot stress that enough, but I want to make sure I wont fall back to my old self again, so little by little. Edil recently incorporated the change as well, and he now wants to get a Chin Up Bar for the house.
See, we dont have time to go to the gym and cant afford a membership as well. With full time jobs and two kids who want and need our attention after work, and the hobbies we cannot give up (scrapping for me and anime cartoon DVDs for him), we decided to get some pieces of fitness equipments for ourselves. He wants the bar and I got a core ball and a set of dumbbells.
