I just discovered www.BookmarkAll.com and I am so impressed with what I have found and using so far.Basically, you need to create a User Profile. Then you can create a bookmark topic. It can be anything under the sun – your local news, Science, IT News, crafts, parenting, anything you are interested in! Once you have created your group, you will assign it to a category from a list they provide. You can classify them into public and private topics. Private topics can cover your online banking information, some sites related to your personal usage and would not want the public to see (and share). I can use this at the office because my boss cannot view all the links I have saved to BookmarkAll. Since I use Firefox, they also have quick access to the bookmarks. It is also accessible via IE. What is fun about this site is that I can explore many things and learn new topics just by clicking on the links found in the public topics. I may never need to surf again!

Unlike other boorkmark systems like the one Im using now, BookmarkAll gives me the flexibility of both online and social bookmark features. I can create unlimited topics related to my username instead of having one bookmark in my toolbar.
