I really am dreaming of getting a Sansa e280 MP3 player. It is thefirst 8 GB Flash MP3 player in the world, runs on a replaceable and rechargeable Lithium-ion battery and has expandable memory via a MicroSD memory card slot and also supports SanDisk TrustedFlash and Gruvi content cards. It even has an FM radio! This flash-based player provides everything you need for music, photo, and video clip playback.

The Sansa’s 0.5″ thickness is still very thin, yet it feels substantial in my hand, and more of my hand’s skin is gripping it’s body, which makes me feel like I’m going to hang on to it, and not drop it, like it always feels like with the iPod Nano.

From their web site:

“iPhone combines three amazing products — a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen iPod with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching — into one small and lightweight handheld device. iPhone also introduces an entirely new user interface based on a large multi-touch display and pioneering new software, letting you control everything with just your fingers. So it ushers in an era of software power and sophistication never before seen in a mobile device, completely redefining what you can do on a mobile phone. “

I get nostalgic sometimes over the only house we ever got to have and call our own - it was designed by my Dad and it was built specifically for us. It never easy to do a FSBO (For Sale By Owner). There is actually an online guide and directory for people who wish to sell their homes and take advantage of Flat Fee MLS. With a flat fee listing, the sellers pay a low flat fee to list your home in their Multiple Listing Service (MLS). You will also agree to pay a real estate agent who procures a buyer for your home a fee or commission.

Unlike traditional real estate brokerage, with flat fee MLS if you sell on your own without a buyer agent, you pay only the low, flat fee. An average seller can save between $3,000 to $5,500 per $100,000 of their sales price.

This one will be a great tool for homeowners.

A MINT GIFT CREDIT CARD!!!

In September 2006 Mint launched the Mint Gift Card. It is basically a pre-paid credit card that you can give as a gift.Whoever invented Mint Gift Cards are truly ingenious! If I am struggling for a good gift idea - I’m definitely going to give a MINT Gift Card. It would give whoever I give it to the freedom to go shopping at their favorite shops! Even if it is technically a money gift, it is more personal than cash.

I can give amounts from £10 to £250. It can be used at most retailers worldwide, where Visa Electron is accepted, I can even personalize the card with a special message. You can even keep track of the balance by registering for free text message alerts.

Now, I would like to receive a gift card like that. Credit buying money without the credit debt ) Can anybody give that to me as a birthday gift?! P Even if my birthday has just ended? :)

A relative went for the first time to the United States a few weeks ago, and she was first brought to Las Vegas - a tradition going on for three years now, for any relative who goes abroad, Vegas is a staple tourist spot. I do not have any gambling favorites but my sister told me she was addicted to poker when she was there. She would sit on tables and would not do the machines, she would really play! And she is only 23. poker chips, she told me, are priced highly, and there are even custom poker chips! She told me she wants to have one someday. We have an uncle who works for a casino here and he told me they order theirs abroad. I looked them up and found them not bad, I might even buy them myself for a collection at the house!

VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is simply the transmission of voice traffic over IP-based networks.

Vonage is one of those offering these services and more. I read in their site that we can call Vonage at 1-888-510-1820 for the latest promotion offer like a FREE month of service and more!

The Internet Protocol (IP) was originally designed for data networking. The success of IP in becoming a world standard for data networking has led to its adaption to voice networking.

VOIP has become popular largely because of the cost advantages to consumers over traditional telepone networks. Most Americans pay a flat monthly fee for local telephone calls and a per-minute charge for long-distance calls.

VoIP calls can be placed across the Internet. Most Internet connections are charged using a flat monthly fee structure.

Using the Internet connection for both data traffic and voice calls can allow consumers to get rid of one monthly payment. In addition, VoIP plans do not charge a per-minute fee for long distance. For International calling, the monetary savings to the consumer from switching to VoIP technology can be enormous.

Summer time is here! Matthew is going to have his summer vacation early this year and now we are actually thinking of enrolling him in basketball classes. One of his basketball goals this summer is to play in a real basketball court :). He has been playing on a made half-court in out garage with a makeshift basketball ring. However, Edil is thinking of investing on basketball equipment so that we can keep Matthew from playing outside on the streets and out of trouble easier. He wont be bored easily too. Edil wants to invest on a durable in-ground basketball system that will last the wear and tear it will experience in the adolescent years of Matthew. We know flimsy portable systems dont even last through the summer, right? There are adjustable goals which are versatile and fit any family situation. Look at this - Edil can lower the hoop to 8 feet so he can dunk and practice his shoots. Matthew can play at 5 feet and start practicing for real competition at school. Edil really wants Matthew to be involved in sports so he would not mind investing on something so big. Better be hooked in sports than anything else right? :)
If you’d like to promote good health, family time, team skills, and keep your children safe, invest in a durable, professional, high-quality, adjustable basketball goal.
