Goals.

So the Holidays are gone.

New Year, new plans, new hopes, new dreams.
I, for one, am honestly all burned out. The holidays are insanely busy for us family – family gatherings, reunions, parties, carnival and show trips for Matthew, etc. I need to work, still, so you can guess Im running on low today. Next year, I mean, this year, I really resolve NOT to work on Christmas and New Year’s. You should have seen me and Edil last night – doggone tired.

Anyhow, me and Edil are also planning some family goals this year. Not overly big plans, just a few improvement plans and little detours we need to take our goals. One of them is to really keep track where our money is going. We dont earn much, it is enough, barely sometimes, to sustain our family of four, but there our time when we hit a really good financial windfall and we end up wondering where all of that money went. I, for one, am not really a good accountant. I am only now learning to handle money wisely. I know if ever I’d get to have my own business, I would definitely have Bookkeeping Quickbooks as a requirement and must have. They have pretty inexpensive rates (I can cancel, no long term contracts, which is pretty good because I can have a look see and feel of their system and develop my own style) and effective keeping system.
