5. I am so excited to give my presents to my husband and son! Wooot! If only Martha is old enough to appreciate one, but when she is older, she will get one too.
6. Matthew is turning 11 next week! 11 years since my life has changed for the better! I became a Mommah!
7. New tunes on my iTunes.
8. Some life lessons on marriage and self-improvement learned the past week. It’s a bitter pill to swallow. But I was able to take it in! I may need continuous bitter pills for maintenance, just in case.
9. Sunshine this week! WOAH! I never knew I’d miss the sun this much! After almost a week and a half of gloomy skies and endless rain – we have sun! And what is so good about it is it’s not hot where we live! It’s just wind, clear skies and sun in the mountains!
10. Lunar eclipse last Saturday. I have not seen an eclipse since I was 6. When I was 6, I saw the moon and sun eclipse each other in broad daylight. Last Saturday I witnessed it at night, but the moon turned bloody red and there was this large white halo around the moon in the sky. It was eerily frightening, if you are superstitious, but very beautiful.

Benefits of CT daycare

The 4 benefits of sending your child to daycare

During the olden times, only men work to provide for the needs of his family. The mother stays at home to do all the household chores and to attend to the needs of their children. But gone are those days as women now have equal rights like men and they too can look for a job and help his husband earn a living. And besides, because of the difficult times, both parents have to work now to earn a decent income to provide for all the needs of their kids.
Because of this, parents are left with no choice but to find alternative ways to get help in taking care of their kids and the most common is by leaving their kids to a CT daycare. Most parents would feel guilty in leaving their kids to a daycare to work but they should not feel this way as there are a lot of great things that a child can benefit from a Connecticut day care.

So why would you send you child to a daycare? Here are a few advantages:

  1. Facilities and Services. Since a daycare or CT preschool is built particularly to cater to the different needs of a child, they are equipped with facilities like educational toys, play and explore area and the like, that are child-friendly, educational and stimulating so they are the perfect venue where a child can play, learn and be safe under the care of the competent of daycare staff.
  2. Good place for kids to socialize. This is especially beneficial to a child who only has their parents as a companion at home. By sending your kids to a daycare, they will learn how to interact with other kids. They will learn the value of sharing, of being a good friend, trust, and many more which can help them become independent and will prepare them for the formal school set-up.
  3. Competent and well-trained staff. Since daycares have staff that has experience with child care and early education, they have the knowledge and skills to properly take care of a child. The child can greatly benefit from this as they know how to encourage a child to explore new things which can enhance your child’s growth and development.
  4. Good starting point for early child education. A day in the center revolves not just on play but on education activities and projects too which makes a daycare a good place where your kids can learn the basics like counting, letters, colors, alphabets and more. This will give them a head start and the proper training to prepare them for the more structured big school environment.

The formative years in a child’s life is very important as this is where they absorb knowledge and values that will shape their personalities. A daycare is the perfect venue where children can spend their formative years as they have the resources, staff and facility to help in the early development of a child.
