I mentioned in my scrap blog that one of my projects this year was to be able to capture our family in a picture every month, for the whole year. It was one of the few things I was able to complete last year (I stopped halfway through the P365 project but managed to squeeze in family pictures every month with Edil only home twice a week).

And I thought I would not be able to get a decent picture of us this month. I originally planned to have the family picture from an event or memorable occassion from that month (ex, birthdays, outings, etc). But our family picture from their foundation day at school was a failure (but I will still be using this – so very much like my family!)

So yesterday being the last day of February, I decided to give these printables a try. It was a good thing my kids found it cool and worth having a picture for, even Edil was surprisingly game to be pictured with it.

I remember a saying that goes, “There are only two sure things on Earth – death and taxes.”

And with the first quarter of the year soon coming to an end, most people I am pretty sure are busy with their tax preparations. I do not know how long lines are for tax filing but I hope the government offers the option for employers to file their taxes online. It will be easier, faster and less chances of error that way. I just do not know when this advancement would be implemented since our government agencies have the worst cases of red tape and corruption among Asian countries.

So if you have a small business or a self-made businessman, do yourself a favor and avoid the long lines, file your taxes now.

All of us are due for dental check-ups by the end of the first quarter of the year. The last time the kids had their cleaning was November last year and the kids had individual dental issues that their Raleigh Dentist asked them to routinely come back.

We are glad we are able to find a nice and good Raleigh Family Dentist within our area. It has made our life easier commuting back and forth. She even takes care of our teeth (me and Edil).

Matthew just needs to wait for all his permanent teeth to come out and he will be donning braces to correct his teeth spacing. I just don’t know if it will also take care of his overbite but it needs to be taken cared of as well. As of last count, I think we are still waiting for six teeth to fall out. I am estimating that we need to save for his braces because he would be needing it by the time he reaches high school, which will be in two years.

Martha’s four front teeth are damaged already so the two upper front teeth I had no choice but to have it undergo pulpectomy or else it needs to be taken out. I didn’t go for putting a cap on them as I find it too expensive so I am hoping the teeth won’t chip off as much as yet, not until she turns 7 anyway. Based on her dental x-ray, her permanent teeth are due to come out in the next year or so, the buds are there and this girl will have Bugs Bunny teeth just like her older brother.

Im such a loser, I know. I havent watched any movie in a theater since 2005. LOL. For real! I dont watch that much DVD movies either. However, Id encourage the husband to buy a plasma TV for the house complete with home theater carpet if we get to have a family room. The kids love watching movies on DVD and the husband and I can just engage ourselves with catching up season per season of our favorite series.

Im one of the hundreds of people having problems with PayPal. I withdrew a substantial amount to my EON card on January 24 and February 1 respectively and my PayPal Account Withdrawal Status is still “Pending”. It usually changes to “Completed” within 24 hrs. At first, I thought it was just taking so long, however, I was so disheartened to read these threads:

And furthermore, it seems to be spread world wide:

It is not as if I use the money for my luho, if you know what I mean. This seriously helps pay our bills. And what scares me the most is that based on threads, it takes a month before it gets credited back. (Still with withdrawal charges) – Daig pa nila ang Blogitive, LOL.
