Unfortunately, my to-do list has not really been done and it’s close to sleeping time. I mailed orders for my scrap idea books and B&B products and did groceries and made some layouts not for showing yet.

It was bad BAD bad. I cant elaborate as it makes my blood boil again. High Blood!

People who are so dull to talk to ~ personal preference, nagpapakatotoo lang

I claim to prefer older men but I ended up loving someone only two years older - you really cant tell!

No ~ I love doctors!

I have two degrees and two professions by the time I reached 24. I opted to stay home to take care of my kids (for now). I earn even while at home. I was able to marry the love of my life :). My kids!

Optimist. I always look at the bright side of things.

Dear God, we pray for the quick recovery of all the sick and the dying especially those suffering from LUPUS and CANCER. And to those 700 plus lives who have lost during the Princess of the Star Voyage tragedy during the typhoon last week. I pray that their bodies will be found and if not they will rest in peace. My heart aches for them..Amen.

To those who will be all you have to do is keep this circulating. Even if it’s to only one person. In memory of anyone you know that has been struck down by a serious illness like Lupus or Cancer or is still living with it.

Pop-ups. Spam mail get directed to trash for me.

I can mix all foods together in one plate.

Yes…it felt good! HA! I found nothing kasi

Get up. Check mail. Drink juice. Answer emails. Thankful for G, my laptop, with its 2BG of memory, everything is done faster. Now I can only hope our internet will upgrade its speed.

Possibly the grocery. That’s the only place I go to these days! LOL.

Beginning

How many sq meters is your place, and how many people live there?
Im not really sure. But this place is big. Bungalow with three rooms, garage, front and backyard. Four adults, two kids (one of which is a toddler) - We can even really invest on a business - selling food, used Harleys or an internet shop!

How much is your electricity bill monthly? Water?
Electricity - 1600
Water - 50 (yes fifty bucks.LOL). We dont have a direct line of water here so supply is every other day (yes, dont get shocked!!!!) - people here have invested in water tanks and pumps. We will be getting a water tank. But Im not really sold pa on this place kasi - I want to move closer to the Shrine, where my parents stay. Let us see until December. (We get by na, thank God for maids. We dont notice na di-igib ang tubig namin hehehe)
Drinking water is around 700-800.

Other utilities?
House Rent - 5000
Internet - 1000 (SMART Wi-fi)
Mobile Phone Plans - 899
Fuel/Gas - Included in hubby’s transpo allowance (but we still need around 2k to go around here)

Matthew’s School Service - 1200
Matthew’s School Tuition (*semestral*)
Maids (Two) - 3000 (lucky no? They dont take care of the kids lang dahil ayaw ng mga bata sa kanila. One is a cook the other one is a labandera, all around maid. Mag-ina kasi (The mother is old, blind on eye, the daughter is no read-no write) - pagtyagaan na. Im having problems setting up a schedule for my studying though.

Groceries? Market?
Groceries - 6000 (1,500 per week) - includes toiletries and breakfast items, laundry detergents
Market (Menu) - 4800 (1,200 per week)
Milk - 4000 (GainPlus Advance 3 - she can consume the biggest can in around 8-9 days)
Pampers - 720 (I get pampers for her at the Silang Market (like the ones you get Peachy) for 180p/pack. A pack has 30pcs. This lasts a week)
Bread - 500 (We are big bread eaters here in fact I prefer LemonSquare over Gardenia these days. There’s also a bakery in Tags I get rolls from every Sunday).

We have lot of credit card bills to pay for though That takes a huge chunk of pay each month - we bought some appliances ksi. Once it’s paid for, we *might* have an easier load.

Answer: The day I said “yes” (bilis no? Maniac sya eh..hahaha) - August 10,1996. Teka…gaano ka-intimate ba ang tanong?

Answer: He was my first. I know he had one GF before me that lasted for only a month.

Answer: Asian

Answer: Spicy Fatty Food.

Answer: Dakdak dakdak dakdak. Hehehe.

8. What are the things he/she did you thought is the most romantic thing he’d/she’d ever done?
Answer: He is not really into the grand things kasi. But when we were still BF-GF, he brought my best friends to my surprise bday party in Tags. And on the day of my 18th bday, he really went to UST (inside the building, into my classroom, with a professor pa!) to give me flowers. He also gave me his gift in front of people who greeted me for the asalto. (Makapal mukha nun, mahilig sya mag-”show” hahaha)

When we got back together in 2004, he also showed up in the 32nd floor of our ops floor at 5AM to give me flowers. Grabe ang mga bading kong officemates, tili ng tili. Hahaha.

Looking back though, I guess when we got older, I do not really get kilig anymore.I just realize Edil is really the type of guy who is shameless in professing his love. He still does that (pag love nya ako, hehehe) even when talking with other people.

The last mundane silly thing that really made me smile a LOT was the Saranghaeyo post. What husband feeds his wife’s men addictions diba?

9. Describe how he/you proposed to you.
Answer: Ay naku, on the night we got back together the first thing he said when we made up was “Pakasal na tyo.” That was it

Answer: Nope. Hindi uso yan sa amin

I get to 1) have cute and adorable kids 2) hear myself called Mommy 3) be the ONE who can chase monsters away and make booboos disappear 4) return to my Maker the gifts He gave me by making my children noble soldiers of God. BUT

Mai could not have said it any better - I have learned the real meaning of unconditional love.
(These things could never compare to the riches of the world, even mansions nor diamonds and luxury watches)

I get to share this too, I think this sums up what I feel about being a mom these days

My Mom never had this chance - to stay at home and really take care of us when we were kids. Though I understand why my mommy wasnt able to be the one to cook for us and tuck us in at night, I have always dreamed somewhere in my unconscious that I wanted my kids to not have the same fate. I guess when I was a kid I was somewhat jealous of all the kids I know who had mommies at home. When I became a mother, times were hard and circumstances left me with no choice but work to support the family.
We went through many maids. There were months that we needed to have the kids hauled off to my parents because there was no one to look after them and we needed to work. It was really tough - knowing there is really nothing you can do because you have no choice. Then we decided family needs to come first and we sacrificed a little -I quit my job, we moved to the province and we had to endure Daddy being gone on weekdays to work in the city. It was a small price to pay for such a huge prize - I get to be with you everyday. I get to be assured that you are well-fed, educated and taken cared of because I am here. It is a thankless "job". It is harder. It is scary to live in a one-income household. I dont know until when we can hold this. But right now, I am so thankful for being able to given the chance to stay home. And Im going to drench this experience as much, and as long, as I can.
