So I was tagged by Yen and she wanted to see how my desktop looks like

I wasn’t able to a screenshot since I’m at the office. I don’t want to share my desktop here since it is packed with shortcuts to excel files. LOL. As you can see, our wallpaper is Marimar . LOL. I love watching the show (it just got moved to a later timeslot so I need to adjust my schedule as well, hahaha). Martha loves it too. The icons are shortcuts to various files, folders and programs between me, Edil and Matthew. We are a very busy family dependent too much on the PC for recreation (sad but true, LOL).

So you can guess why I would love to have my own S.O.O.N!

Desktop Free View Instruction:

This was Martha’s cute face before yesterday. Yesterday, Martha woke up with her left eye lid swollen – it was bitten by cockroach! Dang, &*(&)!*#+&#@(&$@% p*ny*t*ng ipis yan! It was not really bothering her so much because she was her usual bubbly self. So I just made bilin to have hot compress on the bite when she is sleeping. When I came home, her left eye lid was almost swollen shut! ARGH! No worries, Martha was still active. So I was inspecting it, looking for an opening (for the whatever liquid to go out) and I found none. So mission for the week is to be able to get the swelling down (my mom will never let me hear the end of this!) and then we might get her to go to Amadeo this weekend (my Dad’s having his birthday next week) and then we are going to gun those pesky cockroaches down, LOL. I have a picture of her with her eye swollen but Im at the office. Might have them up later.

My aunt is now in touch with a MAC distributor here in Manila and we are in business! If anyone you know wants a MAC, please tell them to email me (aggie.aviso AT yahoo). He also offers iPods and moleskins. And they are based in Singapore. Price is cheaper, of course (and no, I won’t be making patong! Im trying to help my aunt sell so maybe I can one for Christmas, LOL).

Na-excite ako sa MAC. Baka sakali swertehin sa Pasko .

As expected, my comments went down within days of having it fixed. So I write to my host, asking them to repair my table or database and then, as an afterthought, asked them if they can upgrade my WP version since this version is still 2.0 and from what I know, 2.2 na. I also believe na this is one causing my database to go down. So my host replies back saying na di nila kaya yun. @$Y^(_^#@$#($_@#+@#!!!!

*sigh*
So I send a red ticket saying that all they need to do is repair my DB table and I will take care of the rest. Nux, yabang no? I dont know how to do it though LOL. So I hope I can have help from you guys!

Matthew and Edil likes to watch Anime movies in the computer a lot. Edil is too lazy and impatient to convert .avi files to .mpeg ones these days so they have no choice but to watch it on the computer. Meanwhile, I was upstairs, watching PlayHouse Disney Channel with the princess. I think it is time for her to be introduced to Barney again (She did not like the dino before). She is almost 18 months and if she is like her brother, during that time, her vocabulary and speaking skills will just explode. Matthew became a blabber to a straight talker overnight even I didn’t expect it. I told Edil we really need to add a TV downstairs, since my Dad took the one in the living room to Amadeo. It will make taking care of Martha easier – a TV with audio cables so it can be connected to a speaker so that music can distract the princess when the maid needs to do something else, like cook! However, it is not in the budget right now. AbtElectronics.com has free shipping though. I was looking for flat TV screens and found out that aside from offering appliances, they offer electronics as well. We might get from them some day.
