1. Being able to serve in a Marian Retreat last Sunday – thank you Mama Mary!
2. Great QT with the husband last Monday. We turned the TV and computer off when the second kid went to school and talked.
3. Considerate bosses. I have not been feeling myself lately, maybe because of overexhaustion. They were very very considerate.
4. New project I was able to snag. And they accepted my rates.
5. Chew Chips Ahoy
6. Martha being such a Babble Girl lately. She talks a LOT – as in a LOT I have to make sure I answer her each time or else whichever thing or object she is holding comes flying in the air – very very bad temper (mana mana lang yan, hehehe)
7. New groceries.
8. Ebooks + New Paperbacks.
9. Steady work load.
10. Blessings and lessons.

Dear Aggie,
Don’t hurry. You leave a lot of meat on the bone. You rob yourself of much joy from each day. You miss out on life-changing lessons from the stories happening to you. Enjoy life, Aggie.
Enjoying you,
God
P.S. Take slow walks. Or sit on a bench and pray for the people who pass you by. Take breaks. Breathe. Sing. Smell. Feel. Touch. Taste. I designed life to be lived this way, Aggie.

I have a friend who names his cars the way he names his kids, if ever he will have one. See, he is still single and therefore very eligible, given that he is handsome, educated and is stable – his car buy and sell business plus repair shop is doing good.
There is one car he has a hard time letting go of, and it doesn’t surprise me that when it needed to “rest”, he kept an essential part of it and transferred it to his new “baby” – a white Ford Escape SUV. He transferred the name plate of his old car to his new one, and up to that point I never knew it was possible.
Cherished Registrations are what they are called. It is associated with classic dateless registrations. Many of these number plates have often been owned by families for decades or have a high sentimental value. With the rising demand to own a cherished number plate, prices have increased year on year. Cherished registrations can change hands for tens of thousands of pounds and some are worth more than the average house in the UK.
I knew that if ever he will have kids, this cherished plate will be used by his son or daughter and passed on to future grandkids.

We have been quite vocal about our wish to replace our vehicle by the end of the year. We are saving and praying hard for it and it is constantly included in our husband and wife discussions every week. First, money and expenses aside, we prefer a big vehicle. We want an SUV, minivan or van simply because we are a big family, literally and figuratively. My kids have a strange and funny habit of falling asleep five minutes into a drive, whether we are travelling to the mall or into the city. It would be better if they can sleep comfortably. We also want to accommodate our extended family (my family) since we don’t have a car and we always go to the city for events and family lunches. Speaking of safety, I just think it will be safe if I drive a bigger vehicle.
I don’t know if we can afford one though. For one thing, we are leaning towards a brand new vehicle acquisition because I realized that maintaining a second hand one might just be more expensive (I can be wrong here – I haven’t been doing my research on used car garages yet). We want to get over the car acquisition so we can move to other things, like buying a house, or travelling. Car Registration Numbers, insurance coverage, interest rates and in-house financing are just some of the few things I need to study for.

I am turning 30 next year and want to celebrate it with a trip. I have never celebrated my birthdays since I was 18 – motherhood and the fact that the school year has its Foundation Day activities the week of my birthday. I hope we can pursue our plans. I know someone who celebrated her birthday with a Thirty and Fabulous theme, a la Sex and the City! She hired an Orange county party bus to drive her friends around – from their place in LA all the way to Vegas! It was non-stop partying while on the way to Vegas and back. The reason she hired the los angeles party bus rental company was because she knew that they were going to be drinking a lot and she wanted to be responsible for everyone. She also did a lot of research and found out that the PartyBusLA Limo Rental company was one of the best, as they keep clean and well maintained vehicles and are highly reliable but are also affordable. LA Party bus rentals exactly has that in mind. With their slogan – Party Safe, Play Hard, they are sure to give you the party of your lifetime and keep your safety their priority. Aside from birthday parties, you can rent the bus for a shopping excursion with friends (especially if they are vacationing friends or tourists in your area), a bridal shower party, a bachelor’s party or even rent it for your kids’ prom festivities. You can rent it to take you to sports events or concerts. You can rent if to go almost anywhere in the Los Angeles area. You can fit more people in a bus instead of a limousine and their buses can transport 18 to 52 people!

We currently only have one way to connect to the internet where I work, through my laptop. Our desktop computer is still not repaired, almost six months after its motherboard died on us. So I am hanging on to our laptop for dear life. I pray that it won’t give me such a hard time even if I work it to the ground everyday. I remember back in December it’s DVD drive wouldn’t work, and I had to take it in for repair. It turns out my laptop, a Dell Inspiron 1525, had a bad virus and that the only way we can remove it is to have everything reformatted. The virus removal service cost a lot more than I thought it would, and at the beginning the company would only give me an estimate of what it would cost. There is a Portland computer repair company called pcmdinc that is upfront about all of their pricing costs. They provide virus removal and everything required with that for a fee of $149. For that fee they come to your house to do the virus repair. There is no charge for the house call unless you live outside their regular service area. They service the Portland Oregon metropolitan area and go as far north as Vancouver Washington. They will also provide virus removal by remote service where they take control of your computer over the internet and make all of the required fixes. This remote service costs less at $129. This company provides onsite and remote options for hourly repairs as well. This Portland pc repair services (PCMD, Inc) company also promises No Geek speak, which means they will explain things in a way that you understand and are available to answer your questions or schedule repairs 7 days a week from 8 AM to 7 PM. This Portland computer support company was founded in 2007 to provide "prompt, polite, and thorough service."

There’s a reason why most people dream of taking a cruise as the ultimate vacation. You’ll pack more fun and adventure into a week on a cruise ship then you could just about anywhere else. Of course if relaxing in the sun is your ideal vacation pastime, then imagine the comfort of a luxurious cruise deck with a cheerful hospitality staff standing by to serve you. Some folks have the idea that taking a cruise vacation is out of their budget range. Luckily, there is a new wave of special cruise offers being put forth that can allow you to finally plan for your ultimate vacation.
Many cruise packages are full board which means all your meals are included into one low price. When you add up a weeks stay at a resort hotel plus all the meals, you’ll see what an incredible bargain a cruise vacation can be. And we’re not just talking one restaurant on the ship. Depending on the cruise line, there can be literally dozens of dining options available to you around the clock.
Of course when you’re not partaking in some of the scrumptious meals you’ll want to immerse yourself in some of the great activities that are offered on a cruise ship. These new fleet of vessels have come a long way since the “Love Boat.” Along with built in swimming pools, there are rock climbing walls, onboard surfing, skating rinks, mini-golf and complete fitness centers. And that’s just during the day! At night you can enjoy all the action of a casino, Broadway quality shows, dancing and even a night at the movies.
Cruise lines travel in three basic zones: the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the Pacific. With the cruise offers being made today, there’s no reason why you can’t travel to each of those destinations year after year!

Managing a household is hard, especially if you want to give what is best for your family, indulge your kids a little and still be able to save for the future. Unfortunately, money doesn’t grow on trees. Fortunately, there are little things you can really save on. I know there are a lot of advices against hoarding, being a packrat and getting rid of clutter every now and then, but there are just really great deals that are worth getting – even if they come in huge sizes. Take for example, the Wholesale products being offered by Kwality Closeouts. They are a Wholesale Distributor that offers such amazing discounts on almost anything you can think of. They buy Closeout products too, so if you have anything to sell, you can contact them at their site – KwalityCloseouts.com.
The Miracle Wipe Reusable Kitchen Cloth, available at their site for only $38.40 per case, a total of 96 pieces in a case, is something I would not mind buying cases of. I can imagine we will be using a lot of these throughout the year so better get more when these retail more in stores.
I can even use these for everything. I can color-code them and assign them for use in the kitchen (spills), wiping hands (kids), dining area and messy floors.
