Now That’s More Like It.

I knew things were going to be better today. I knew it as soon as she saw Teacher Karen and teacher waved at her. SHE WAVED BACK! The Miss Masungit never waves back. She even said Good Morning when I told her to.

Plus – she was sitting with her fellow nursery girls as well.

We didn’t go inside the classroom today and Martha super duper liked it. There was some panicking involved when we were told to leave the lobby. I didn’t say bye I just told the sister nun to hold her hand and turned my back and walked away. The Daddy had to look back and take a peek if she was crying – because the moment the lobby doors closed – OMG, there was so MUCH crying! The kids cried! Surprisingly it was the boys who cried more. We just took pictures around the school while waiting for her and after an hour, she came out with a green balloon (I can bet the teacher asked her what color she liked and she automatically said GREEN).

If I can just zoom in you can see how proud she is of her balloon. She was so hungry and thirsty though that we went to McDonalds after. Her Tuya was there to give moral support – and he knew since the car was fixed we will go somewhere after :P (It was a good thing he didn’t bring his DS Lite or PSP (playstation 3 is on his wishlist – errr the Dad’s) because we were able to take some very silly pictures of us together. It was a good time to focus only on him while Martha was in class.

She was telling me all sorts of stories  in the car. She played Choo Choo train again, and Teacher told a story about an Orange Dog.And then she was great daw at Catch the Ball. I told her, Did you miss me? She answered, “Ahhhh di naman eh, sabi ko sayo pagsabi ko Goodbye Teacher, takbo ako sa outside there you are!” (That’s what I told her every night while I was prepping her for school).

The cincher of the convo was this:
Martha: “Ano gawa mo Ma?”
Mom: “Saan?”

“While wait for me?”
”I take pictures”
”What?”
”I take pictures of the trees in the forest”
”Ahhh….Ganda naman pala eh. Ako dami ko gawa today eh.”

Hehehehe.

She even drew a map of our house towards the school which involves a forest and a bridge. It really was too cute. She drew it last night.

You can see a forest with a bridge (there really is a bridge and a lot of trees going to the school). You see our house with Mommy and Martha holding hands :) Galing ni Marts. Hehehehe.
