Martha was up awfully early today. She knew her Daddy will be coming home. She usually watches her movies during her early hours but today she was doodling and was awfully quiet. She then showed me this and told me that “I show my Daed Mom ok?” (I was too busy looking over life insurance quotes to properly see her drawing. But whern I did….
It also made me laugh – because my daughter surely knows our sizes. One look and you would know that the purple ones are girls, as she said and I’m the rolly polly one. The black ones are boys and she captured her skinny Dad perfectly.

Cute…kids say and do the most amazing things.
They’re also smarter than people often realize, the see and hear things that go wizzing right by us busy adults.
