It seems this month is starting off nicely. Edil’s work situation is improving (though it is still hard with him working in Manila) and I have a lot of work assignments lately. I actually am a little overwhelmed by it all that I do not know where to start. However, I will never complain though as luck is on my side this month – after almost three months of stress, I can finally breathe easier.

I actually twitted this yesterday when I received good news from a friend (Bless her heart):

However, I woke up today feeling so sick. Change of seasons does that to me. Every morning my nose is so clogged I can hardly breathe and my mouth is so dry my throat hurts. Hellooooo Pollen!

So what have we been doing? We are staying with the grandparents a lot this week because the kids are getting cabin fever being locked up in the house all the time – what can you do? Boredom sucks.

We have been eating out a lot too. We do need to have the vehicle we use checked. We might get flagged down for smoke belching. It also doesn’t run very well – you can hear the engine sounds and I fear it might die on us every minute. So we need to schedule a check-up for its maintenance soon. Sometimes I wish Edil practiced his college degree. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering so he knows more about cars.
