I have heard about a lot of kava online. It is said to be an energy-giving root tea. Yep, it is not actually coffee but a root tea. It is known for its mood enhancing qualities and giving you a very clear head. WOW! I think I need that. Lately, due to my insomnia, I am so scatterbrained and easily forget things Im supposed to do. I misplaced my ATM card a few days ago and had to go to Manila to personally withdraw my money from my bank (I can’t afford not to - Edil deposited his salary to my account so we don’t have any cash this weekend and well, it’s the time of the month to pay bills). When I was in Manila, about to go to the bank, my Mom texts me that she found my card among Matthew’s stack of art works. I also need a list to function. Without it, I seriously scamble from time to time with what to do. I obviously need to focus and clear my head. And yes, sleep.
