I recently got word that my previous company might be offering a car/mobile package for Level Four employees (Managers). It’s about time really. I feel that employees who are actually classified as mobile (covers many areas, reports to different offices, does ocular inspections) need to have a car as an employee benefit –not just a reimbursement of transportation expenses.

I know there is a financial crisis these days but it should not stop companies from giving the best benefits it can give its employees.
