Remembering Frisco

I was lucky enough to be able to visit the US when I was 16. That was in 1997 — it has been eleven years since then. I only had the chance to visit the West Coast - California (LA, San Diego, San Francisco, and many more) and Vegas. Looking back I wish I could have gone to the East Coast - there are plenty of cities Id really like to visit - Boston, Chicago and of course, New York (who wouldn’t?) - I would be going to the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center and of course, the Statue of Liberty.

Anyway, among the cities in the West Coast, I fell in love with San Francisco the most. There is something about the rolling hills and nice quaint houses that drew me in. We went on one of the offered San Francisco tours and I had a nice view of the Golden Gate Bridge. I had a vivid recollection of that memory because it was extremely windy that day and me, at five feet seven inches, was really (literally) being blown away by the wind. I had pictures to prove it.

Id do things differently next time though. I have read online travel guides about San Francisco and I chanced up the web site of Trusted Tours (www.trustedtours.com). When you sign up for the Trusted Travels eNewsletternewsletter you can win a $150 Magellan’s Gift Certificate! Offer ends August 31st!
