Many stores now use the point of sales system or POS. This system has been proven effective in monitoring sales and supplies in small businesses and large-scale malls or stores - the used pos equipment really affects the financial aspect of a business. The ncr point of sale offers receipt equipment too. The challenge here lies in keeping the equipment in tip top shape. Vision provides services for refurbished point of sale products. Their services includes installation, project management, staging and project reassignment is needed. And if ever you no longer need it, Vision also purchases used pos equipment, like ibm pos equipment! They offer point of sale terminals, bar code scanners (bar code scanner and/ or a handheld barcode scanner) , POS servers and printer receipts and many more. Vision Point of Sale has been established in 1993 and has been considered the nation’s leading supplier of products and services that support the POS marketplace. The POS system has greatly been a factor in the improvement and tracking of auditing of malls and stores. Imagine if you would still queue up for the purchase at the mall and the sales clerk or cashier would need to type in the ba code manually? Thank goodness for technology!

I’ve always loved anything that I can keep my hands busy with which also helps me with my creativity. Ive tried painting, cross-stitching, sewing, scrapbooking. Now I want to tryworking with polymer clay! At the AMACO/Brent web site, there are polymer clay technique books which I can read so that I will know what I need and what I need to do first. I especially am interested in the Creative Clay Jewelry book, Im sure Martha will be interested in that! You might have seen a clay potter wheel from the famous movie, “Ghost”, starring Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze.AMACO/Brent makes those for educational classes (wholesale) and hobbyists (retail). Id personally like to try the lead-free glazes they over. You can paint plates, jars and have them glazed. It would look great for displaying at the house ~ and it will be handmade and specially designed by you - you will be sure that what you have is unique and nobody else will have it!
Do you know what RTO means and how this can be important for you? Well RTO means rent to own or lease to own. If you want to know what is rent to own exactly, you can go to the RTOHQ (HeadQuarters). This mechanism is relatively new to the American economy. This way sprung up with the consumer need to be able to invest on desirable goods for the long term without having long term financial obligations usually tied up with sales. There will be no interest rates — and you can stop “renting” it at any time. The keyword here is you rent goods up until the point where you have rented enough to actually own it.
What is the industry made of? There are dealers who rent furniture, electronics, major appliances, computers, wheels and tires, musical instruments, jewelry and other products with an option to buy. There are approximately 8,500 stores in all 50 states and Canada. RTO serves 3 million customers (households) a year.
I can’t cook to save my life, but I do know how to clean. And after Im done scrubbing and organizing everything in the house, there is one room that is going to be my resting place - the bathroom. I have a fetish for clean and nice-smelling bathrooms. My mom told me before that you can see the a house’s cleanliness (and its occupants) with its bathroom. When I was a kid, my mom told that it was the first place I go straight to, or look for, when we go to a house. So you can imagine my frustration when we got a very small bathroom when we moved out. You do not need to step to get to the bathing area from the toilet seat - that small! We have a very big room and if we just owned the place Id give at least a quarter of its space to the adjacent bathoom and give it a bathroom remodel!
If I can afford it, Id definitely have a very spacious bathroom. Id want to have a his and hers sink (so I can get my toiletries in order) and an adjoining room for the closet. (I like to find clothes at leisure!) My mom uses scented oils and candles in their bathroom and it smells so good, you can sleep on it. My mom has always told me to keep bathroom floors DRY! Of course a bathtub is in order. However I dont like the modern bathtubs these days. If I can have bath tub refinishing project, Id choose a clawfoot model bathtub. The clawfoot model is the tub of past times but I like it better because it fits the curve of backs really well - it helps that this makes me feel like a little lady in the Victorian times.

A corner bathtub is the most space saving tub. If you just need bath tub refinishing since you own one already - you can just think it over and get a whirlpool tub - a perfect way of relaxing after a hard day of work!
When we have our own house Id like to have a kitchen similar to this:

It’s a French provincial kitchen. Look at how efficient the spacing of furniture are and the nice little kitchen countertop right in the center - it is going to be a great place for morning talks and coffee. I can see the kids hanging out there while I chop away ingredients for dinner (OK, I need to learn and LIKE to cook first, dont shoot me down for dreaming though :). Those hanging lights are awesome too. However, I need to be make sure that the counter stools I get will be sturdy as you know my kids can be rough all the time, they might even treat the stool as a rocking chair and boom, Im sure accidents are just right around the kitchen corner after that.
Im pretty sure Edil will like this style, Im just not sure of the color of the fabric but it is noted at the site that there are several fabric color options so there will no be cause of disagreements between us. However if you ask the kids (or Mommy for that matter), these will look great at a nice corner by the window, I can imagine them now doing crafts while I bake cookies (Now dont LAUGH! HA!) One in blue and in red of course:
Do note that they swivel as well so I can pretty much say the kids will entertain themselves just by that alone. Just looking for kitchen bar stools makes me so excited already, I wonder how it will be if it will be for our own home construction already? There would be no need for extra tall stools though - we are all tall in the family and wouldnt have a hard time reaching for the kitchen countertop (or bar).
Im going to bombard you with posts about furniture today as I have been busy trying to make a house space efficient and flexible but still have a good sense of design. Ever since we moved out on our own, it has been pretty overwhelming yet empowering to be able to have full control over your house. Your own turf. So we are pretty challenged to make it as livable and beautiful as we can afford.
Edil likes wood furniture - barnished in cherrywood color. I have been looking for buffet furniture for the house so we can have some furnitures displayed and possibly some china as well - we have some nice lamps and frames we received from our wedding that will look good in a buffet table. However, Im personally looking for
buffet cabinets to be able to have some storage space as well. Buffet tables are so nice because it can serve as a storage space, table for party food (when you have parties) and a space for display as well.
The one on the left is so nice!I would like to get buffet table furniture for the new house we are moving into - there is a space where having one would be perfect. At eBuffet.com you can see both expensive and inexpensive buffet cabinets. I want a sleek buffet table bordering on contemporary design (it still needs to be wood though) and I have found plenty of options at their site. I like how the product description is very detailed with dimensions, wood and finish, and even how the table has been constructed. I need to let Edil see the designs on the site.
Make sure though that what you choose is appropriate for the space you have. Dont order things that are too bulky as you might regret it later on.
If you dont have space for buffet cabinets, a side table would be a better addition. I personally would like to have a sidetable by the entrance of the house, or by the hall towards the bedrooms or in between rooms (the wall separating them). I usually, upon arriving home, place my bag and keys on a table and sort through mail or look at my calendar and planner. That would be a good place to store them in, dont you think? Get a mirror above it and you will have an easy check on how you look like before you head out to the door.

So far, there have been 11 ladies who have joined (Please leave me a comment if you did as I sometimes forget the pings to my blog with this topic - hindi ko kayo nasasali). Thanks ladies. Ill get around to commenting within this week, but Ive read all them already (Lagi lang akong read ng read, Hehehe).
(July 20-27)
Im getting so bad at taking pictures lately. It doesnt help that it is always raining (so hard, I might add) lately. Days are always blah and grey.
The only highlight of the week was cutting Martha’s hair and Edil approving it (She looked cute but extremely naughty daw). I guess lalo na kaming di pupunta sa Cuts for Tots nyan
(Hehehe)
We have been experiencing loooooong brownouts lately. One started at 6AM and ended at 5PM. It’s a good thing my Mom is just a ride away I got to bum and talk with her all those hours. Plus hindi naman mainit so taking care of the princess wasnt a problem.
We were also busy with construction of the secret Im keeping. Nope, it’s not a business nor our own house (I wish it was). You will find out soon. I will be busy with everything this week plus our router broke so Im stuck at one place again (lesson learned - invest na talaga on a Linksys. LOL).
Blogging wise, I think there is always a commotion every time Google updates PRs. I was hit, but as always, couldnt care less. Im proud to say I earn while blogging ~ it feeds my family and lets me stay home. How big or small isnt going to matter anymore ~ I just pray it will always be enough. So far, so good.
Lugi ako dito Toni! LOL!

Suffice to say, I cant share with them. I used to be a 9 when I was in college, 10 when I had Matthew, and 11 with Martha. Haaaay, barko ang paa ko. I miss my lovely feet LOL

This was my last shoe purchase way back February
These were bought from Old Navy ~ Women’s Suede-Trim Canvas Skimmers (I got this for only $18 I believe) - they make my feet look sexy
Now since I need to tag 11 people (same as my shoe size), Im tagging:
Apols, Abie, Apple, Jacqui, Jody, Joy, Jane, Jacqui, Peachy, Mich, Kelly, Thea.
Gawin ko ng 12 para kumpleto ![]()
Lest you think about an animal, Im talking about shoes. I discovered Blowfish Shoes
while randomly surfing the web and window-shopping (That’s the only type of shopping Im doing these days). Im a size 11 so I NEVER even attempt to shop at shoe stores here, Ill just have my heart broken :). So I just windowshop online and if I have extra money, I get to have friends and cousins shop for me abroad.
I found two that I like already: Blowfish La Villa (the sandals) and Blowfish Swoop. I love the sandals being offered in the Blowfish Women’s Shoes section, they look sturdy and make feet sexy (I have mastered the art of knowing which styles will look good on my wide feet!).
Blowfish Men’s Shoes are available too. Their styles are trendy and funky without compromising quality. Their designers are doing a good job!
Thanks Em!

TODAY, I:
1. It’s only 6:43AM and I woke up at 4:30AM so I havent really done much
2. I have crossed off and written almost 80% of tasks which are expiring.
3. I have answered e-mails, checked PayPal balance and computed how much pay I will get this Friday. (Hahahaha!)
4. This will be a very busy day. I let my maids go today. It is much better off without them even if it is harder. (Masakit sa ulo ang lagi kang naiirita - I dont want to be such a bad person kaya nilalayo ko na ang mga bagay na pagkakasalaan ko pa :P). Sorry, I really have no patience when it comes to people who are dramatic, nil and what have you.
5. I have finished 750ml of water today. Can you imagine how much Coke I can consume before (Ill answer: 3×1.5L a day! Que horror no?) Im averaging around 4L of water everyday now. And….
6. Weighed myself and lost 4lbs. from last week. Water really curbed my appetite and those walks helped me boost my metabolism. Im guessing I will gain this week as those 4lbs might just be fluid loss. But with water curbing my appetite, I think Im doing great
Tagging Abie, Jody, Peachy, Kathy!
I never got into the habit of watching news or even social programs on TV because those types of news make me really depressed. Sometimes, I cant even sleep at night. Ever since becoming a mother, I have had such a soft spot for kids and babies and plights of the underprivileged. It is so hard to believe that there are families who really can’t eat three times day. If times are hard for people like us (who receive pay and have a roof over our heads), how about them?
Have you seen the government hospitals we have? People die, not because of ill-equipped doctors, because the hospital isnt equipped with machines to sustain life. People dont have money to give and pay. We have the most brilliant healthcare professionals in the country and I understand how frustrating this can be for them. I was thinking maybe people should know about second hand machine equipments. Used Ultrasound machines (for all types) can be bought online - the National Ultrasound supplies new and reconditioned used machines. They buy, consign and sell reconditioned used ultrasounds. We are a dealer of reconditioned Siemens/Acuson, GE, Philips ATL/HP, Medison, Aloka, Sonosite, Sonoscape, Mindray & Biosound ultrasounds. Prices maybe cheaper so our hospitals stand a chance of getting one.
