Doctors here in our country are actually gems - they are extremely smart AND intelligent and have a passion for helping people. It is too bad that they go to greener pastures because sometimes, the passion for helping people would not help feed one’s family especially if they are overworked and underpaid. Take this for example, doctor in other countries are given PDAs, especially those working in government hospitals, so that they can study while doing rounds (e-books) and they get free medical applications for blackberry for drug treatment guides.
