Things I Learned while staying in Cavite.

2. People wake up at 5am.
3. One needs a wide-brimmed hat with umbrella. I walked on afternoon from a hardware store and got burnt, seriously (as in it stung). I need skin whitening products for the discoloration I now have with the one week stay I had. Now I know better.
4. The air is so fresh. I sleep better.
5. The kids are so flexible. Mato loves it there.
6. People there are nosy. (Probinsyano talaga!).
7. There are people who really really love my parents.
8. I found HOME 
Buh bye April. HELLO MAY! What will you not miss about April? And what are you looking forward to in May?
I will not miss the stress, the frantic move, the tightness in money, all the useless catty fights I had with Edil because of stress.
Im looking forward to staying at home, taking care of the kids, focusing on my health (lose weight without the diet pills), Martha’s 2nd birthday, EXODUS.
May will be our EXODUS.

1. Finish all online commitments - I need to do that because Im offline starting tomorrow until most probably Friday night.
2. Pack the last stuff to be moved to the house (mostly kitchen stuff we need). (And my clothes).
3. Apply for internet, pay bills, buy packing tape and Might Bond for the TV(Long story - Martha broke the TV). Buy more pens, the ones Glo gave me are starting to disappear one by one :).
4. Scrap tomorrow - lotsa CT stuff for NSD - watch out for it
5. Update blog them and install plugins for my other blog.

How long did you date? Hmm We started dating August 10, 2005. But we were parang MU July 20, 2005. He started courting me around April the same year. So….13 yrs na kami together, 10 yrs before we got married in Church, 9 yrs before we got civilly married married, 5 years before I got pregnant. LOL.

1. Been watching Dyesebel. So far, everything is still captivating and amusing. I just had to note here that Marian obviously doesnt swim well because she cant really swim “deep” into the water. She still floats.
2. Anyone watched Regine’s birthday show? It was shot in her AMAZING house complete with infinity pool. I cant keep gushing about her house - I was so stunned (it looks like a house you will see straight out of an MTV video). However, her cover ad (the ad pushed by GMA for her show) was so obviously Photoshop-ed. She looked fresh right our of a face lift surgery!
3. Heart is now a Kapuso. Changing stations is really in right now.
4. Im so intrigued by Ploning.
(while Im in Makati to finish off loose ends at work).
1. Call bank to convert payroll account to savings (Im keeping Chinabank because I love doing banking online - Bancnet rules!).
2. Call Maxicare to extend medical insurance for my two kids - Matthew and Martha. it is good I get to be able to convert their plans into something I can pay on my own after I resign.
3. Blog - I really really really need to do this.
4. Pass by Becerra to pack more stuff.
I commuted from Amadeo to Cavite today. Final transport time: 3hours. Not bad actually considering the only traffic I encountered was in Buendia already. And my golly wow, the sun was shining bright at 5AM at our place - ang dami nang gising na tao! LOL

Im trying to update this blog and I keep hitting backspace.
I have teased Glo mercilessly about this entry.
But last night when we went out to drive the kids (and passed Jollibee for drive-thru and looked at some garden decor offered along Banawe), Edil was naasar with the way I keep talking about food.
Like, I saw Razon’s. Thart, gusto ko ng halo halo. Closed na. Sayang.
Chowking na lang. Closed na. Sayang.
Me Starbucks ba dito (We were in Banawe).
Umuwi na tyo, pwede ba. (Si Edil to).
So I kept my mouth shut. Until we saw Tinapayan (You arent a bonafide USTe student if you havent heard about this). I HAD to go down and buy cream puffs and brownies.
Sabi ni Edil, “Para kang balikbayan ha.” (Upon hearing me say, “Syet, ang sarap.”)
Hehehehe.
I keep coming back to Manila.
Harhar.
The heat here is killing me. We are treating Amadeo like Quiapo with the way we go back and forth these days. (The prices of FUEL!!!! OH MY GAWD!!!!) Edil and I are taking turns “discussing” (with high and low notes) things (things meaning where to enroll Matthew, to buy a ref or get the humongous one at my in-laws, buy a washing machine or install a water tank, what to take from all the fab stuff we see at furniture stores, what time do we go home, home meaning Amadeo, or should we stay here in Manila until he gets to take a leave next week - I dont want to sleep in the new (big) house with three rooms with me and two people under SEVEN! Hello! Takot ako sa moomoo no!)
That might be the longest afterthough with parentheses. Anyhow, those little big things are getting to us. One minute, we are shouting at each other, the next minute we are hugging and the next minute we are trying to break the kids apart. Gosh, the way my kids fight you wouldnt even know they are five years apart. My daughter is a spitfire I tell you. She is no longer Martha Maldita but Martha the Monster - ask my Dad. LOL.
Shall we go this day by day or category by category? LOL. I really dont know where to start.
I have a lot of posts to read - Ive been hopping and skimming entries in Google Reader - I just dont have time to really comment. Im sorry about that. I dont know how long until life gets back to normal in my side of the world. I miss twitting and chatting and just “hanging around” the web these days, LOL.
1. Have you tried running far away from home alone? How does it feel?
Hay, I have tried running away from home when I was six or seven. I was heavily influenced by the soaps our maids were always watching. So konting pagalit lang, iiyak na ako in front of the mirror with matching pack the bags. It never pushed through, as expected. Hehehe.
2. Who or what is most beautiful to you?
Lately, everything about nature is beautiful to me. Most especially the building of the Shrine we have in Amadeo. I will post pictures soon.
3. You are still sleeping and suddenly someone wakes you up. What would be your first reaction?
My initial reaction? Honestly. I always wake up thinking “Im late waking up!” even if it’s 6AM. I need to wake up at around 5AM so I can function well.
4. What’s your significant other/partner/husband/wife calls you? And what do you call him/her?
Ugh. Thart, with an H. He decided on that. I was 15 and didnt know any better, hehehe I love it now though.
5. Someone is knocking at your car window, and you see a little girl selling fruits for $1. Are you going to buy one or just ignore her? Please be honest.
Ignore. I always think of this saying: “Give a man fish and he will need you. Teach a man how to fish and he will be forever grateful to you.”
6. What time did you wake up today? Happy or Sad?
6AM. Happy.
7. Do you go to work everyday? Where?
Not anymore.
I work a harder and tougher job though. It is being on call 24/7 to two kidlets who are always fighting like cats and dogs lately. LOL.
8. What did you do this past weekend?
Move move move move. Never ending. Hay. I also inquired about applying for our internet and cable connection. I dont think we need to buy bulk cable for that though. We need a wireless router
