The mind is willing.
But the body is weak.
Im sick. And I never get sick. I guess being sick is a slight disadvantage. I dont need to get the top diet pills for me to lose weight. It comes off naturally
My throat hurts so bad and my lymph nodes at the neck are enlarged - a sure sign of infection. Im on strong antibiotics now so hopefully I can speak, eat and swallow normally in two days.
Happiness is a choice.
You can ALWAYS CHOOSE to be HAPPY.
Today is going to be a great day.
All link exchanges, tags and comments will be answered this weekend.
Im going to be on Twitter.
Real life has got me scatterbrained to blog a coherent post.
Taken at 7AM straight out of bed.
Google Reader, Twitter is quiet.
And nobody has been YM-ing me.
Sad.
But real life is busy.
I cant believe next week it’s going to be APRIL today.
I have a feeling I wont like April.
Let us change my mindset.
What do you look FORWARD to in APRIL?
Aside from the big move, my NCLEX application, resigning from my job, well there are mundane things Im looking forward to - but it doesnt involve truck accessories, dont worry!

Counting the days…
*big grin*
Dr. Alderman at Coddington Dental Clinic
Posted on Mar 27, 2008 under All Around the Web | No CommentIf ever you are in the Nebraska area though, there is a much recommended Lincoln Dentist there. His name is Dr. Alderman. He focuses on family and cosmetic dentistry. He works to establish and maintain patient rapport in a caring and friendly athmosphere that is why the Codding Dental Clinic, where he works, is comfy and cozy and not intimidating or scary.. Dr. Alderman has a gentle touch and takes time to make sure his patients do not feel pain. Dr. Alderman treats every patient like family.
Here are some of the features the Nebraska Denstist does in his clinic:
1. Children can enjoy Video Games while waiting
2. Patients can bring their favorite DVD or CD to listen to during treatment
3. Dr. Alderman has a gentle touch and his patients will not feel pain
4. Parents can bring their school aged children and his staff will watch them, while parents receive treatment
5. Everyone can enjoy music from the stereo system installed in the office
6. Everyone who works in the office is friendly, kind and dedicated to make every patient feel comfortable
7. Russian and Hispanic patients can speak their native languages during an appointment
8. Dr.Alderman loves children and caters to cowards
They even have an intra-oral camera where you can see the pictures inside your mouth, essentially seeing what the dentist is seeing. It is now very easy to explain procedures! They also have state of the art computerized “x-rays” to instantly evaluate teeth for decay and gum problems!
You should write all the things you need to accomplish online BEFORE going online and getting lost in the world wide web.
Owtei?
Semi-productive day today.
Semi lang kasi I spent two hours being chismosa over Twitter and pimping Buge’s blog
Today was good day.
It withstood the test of no blow-dry. And I didnt use a brush to comb my hair. All I did was hand-comb it. Nice. I love my new hair.
Provided that it can look better shorter, Im taking my chances (giving me three more months to lose weight) and Im chopping it really short.
Abby was right. It is so liberating.
Not that I dont miss my old hair. I do. Well, to be honest, I miss seeing it in pictures because it looks nice. But if you live with it day to day, hair-frizz, ponytail, so many-hairs-in-the-shower and all, you’ll not regret it.
I still dream of having curls. But, let me point out why I went for the cut when I specifically grew my hair long just for the curl. (Ilang beses na ako nagtanong ke Wanda! LOL).
-
My hair is seriously dry and brittle. And I have been having it treated since February and I still have so much hair loss/breakage (Pantene has no effect, believe me).
With me going probinsyana next month, I dont think I can afford (financially and geographically, LOL) to go to the salon of my choice and maintain it (read: expensive).
And, well, to be honest, I have got some things going on with me that needed some solid proof of my commitment. Hence, the haircut.

Here are the rules:
1. Think about what it is that you want more than anything, what your heart’s desire and fondest wish is, and what it is that you would wish for if you were to see the above wishing star flame across the night sky.
2. Right click and SAVE the blank graphic above.
3. Use a graphics program of your choice and place your wish on this picture.
Im tagging Amore, Nice, Jody, Jacqui and Jane!
Here’s my wish:

Here’s the original that you need to right click and save in your computer!

Remind me not to post so many things about a haircut - this post makes it anti-climactic na.
Do you see Shawie?! HAHAHAHA.
Edil likes it though, so OK na din for me (Edil never compliments my hair ever - his last compliment I think was my hair during our wedding THREE years ago).
Click on the pictures to make it larger. There will be notes on the photos too (You guys need to get Flickr accounts — better than Photobucket I swear
Ako ay super enabler - Twitter at Flickr. Next naman scrapbooking! HAHAHA).
I digress. Here they are:
Ever needed to send flowers Ukraine style? If ever you need help delivering flowers in Ukraine, you need to check 2Flowers.com. They deliver flowers and gifts in any city or town in Ukraine, all orders are hand delivered by premium local florists. And you all how very talented a Ukraine florist is.
Take a look at this Spring Basket arrangement:

Isnt it nice? The one thing I like about them is that when you send flowers Ukraine style, whatever you put in your cart and whatever reflects in your cart are the only things you need to pay. There are no additional service fees, taxes, or delivery charges at check-out. So for example, with this arrangement, it is priced at 78 USD. It means at checkout, you need to pay 78 dollars ONLY. There are no charges for taxes or shipping. Yes, no additional charges - isn’t it wonderful?
2Flowers.com is an international flower delivery service. They have this slogan on their homepage, “Send flowers anywhere in the world, next day, best price.” And I cant agree with them more. Their arrangements are gorgeous, their prices reasonable and there is a guarantee that deliveries are fresh and done by premium local florists. Ever need to send somebody flowers to pick them up or let them know you are thinking of them? Try sending them through 2Flowers.com
Thanks Thea!
