After almost 16 days, my Paypal problems are solved. I hope. As of February 10, 2PM GMT +8, my two pending withdrawal transaction have changed status from pending to completed. Now, I hope to actually get my money before Friday so I can have a happy birthday! 
However, let me say just point out PayPal has not solved the problem within 72 hours as they had promised but a good six days later. Do you think I will even continue to trust the withdrawal process to EON now?

oo nga aggie, withdraw ka na lang sa bank. though di ko pa natry hehe. konti na lang naman kasi laman ng paypal ko lol.

buti naman naayos na withdrawal mo. Gusto ko na nga din mag withdraw sa BPI ko kaso wala pa ako nababalitaan nag try eh. Takot ako.
