It gets lonely here.
Posted on Jan 28, 2008 under Uncategorized |Edil is off to Baguio for their company’s business review, Martha is at my parents and all that is left in this lonely house is me and my boy. It gets incredibly lonely and silent here, and me and Matthew stick like glue, even cuddling in our king-sized bed. If it’s hard on me, it is harder on the boy. He cried so much on the way home from Amadeo. He cried at school. He said he just misses his Lolo and Lola so much and that he doesn’t want to stay at the house anymore. My heart breaks, because we really cannot do anything for us right now but stay still, wait it out and pray everything passes soon.
So Ive lost my drive to do anything :(.
No scraps, no nothing.
Just me mechanically doing chores all day.
Ill try to scrap tonight.
In other news, the construction of a house near our home is nearly finished and I just love how they got Hinkley lighting for their terrace. It led more to its terra cotta painted walls and rustic appeal.

[...] The year started out not great at all. Our trusted yaya didnt come back after her supposedly Christmas vacation and the super good maid that replaced her had diabetes and high blood pressure that we needed to let her go. We had to let Martha go with my parents as I still had to work. This month was not good health wise as well - I had PCOS, a high BP scare, Martha was diagnosed with Primary Complex, Matthew had hearing loss which suggested surgery as a solution (which we didnt push through with). Edil turned 29 and spent his birthday in Baguio at a work conference. [...]
