Road to Wellness.

So there.

I am trying to move more and get my behind off the computer chair more. I know I just need to burn more calories so I can lose some weight. When I went to the gym, the one that has been most effective for me was when I used the StairMaster a lot. I might get into exercising on the elliptical than the treadmill, since it keeps your muscle more toned as well.

Any thought?
I have been dancing everyday which equals to around four songs. I cannot believe how out of shape I am. I am literally panting with exhaustion after the first song.

    go, aggie, go! we can do this!!

    and you’re right, just getting up and moving is going to help us shed those pounds. i found that my first week up and about and not sitting in front of the computer as much really helped in my weight-loss.

    little steps is all it takes. and just think, even losing half a pound to a pound a week is still a LOT of weight lost at the end of 12 months.

    let’s keep going! rah rah rah :D
