How do I get my groove back?
Posted on May 17, 2007 under Daily Memorables |The past two weeks I was lazy to the bone. I didnt get any quality work done at my real job, I didnt blog so much. I just surfed. I didnt scrap. Now the sickies have arrived at the house and it seems I want to do so many things but when the time comes for me to really do it, I back out and just lie in bed, sleep, surf some more and do other things not fruitful for my task list.
I, did, however, finish Matthew’s enrollment. Paid all from my blogging money, people. Im mighty proud :). I just need to buy his books, get his uniforms - he is going to be wearing long pants already! When did this happen for first graders?! I cant even believe he is a first grader already! He is going to be gone almost 8 hrs a day already - 7AM to 2PM. Buy school supplies, buy him a new bag and lunch box - again, all from my blogging money :). Im going to be pretty broke afterwards but hey, it is money well spent.
Agh, after 10 minutes of staring into space (I almost didnt finish this entry), I think the reason why Im so lazy nowadays is because of the heat (again, nope, Im not preggo. LOL). Just thinking of going out of the house makes me tired already. I was supposed to open a bank account, go to the dentist, buy groceries, finish Matthew’s school stuff (I buy at the mall during weekdays so we can avoid the tons of people on weekends). BUT, I wasnt able to do it. Plus, the kids are both sick - flu and colds. Martha has not been drinking milk for a week - she only drinks when she is sleepy and even though she eats healthily on solids, I know milk is still her constant rich source of protein :(. It is too early for her to wean from it.
I havent scrapped a page too. So many pictures, Im getting overwhelmed.
Forgive my rambling post.
Maybe I should write a to-do list?
Let me end this post by giving a link to Glo’s workspace. I aim to have a wall for me by the time I stop working. I havent even owned my own dresser in two years. I think I deserve a wall (and a laptop
). Next goal, peeps! Can you believe I am done with major expenses - Martha’s party and Matthew’s tuition fees? Now to save for my CGFNS, NCLEX, pay off Rebel, save for laptop and the next shopping spree in time for Glo’s coming to Pinas by August! Yay!
