		<description>I was watching a talk show last week and it also mentioned about green tea for diet.  The one being interviewed (a model who gave birth and is now even thinner than before) mixes green tea powder (matcha) with yogurt drink and drinks that every morning for breakfast.  Kaya heto meron na kaming matcha sa cabinet ngayon. *LOL* Tignan natin kung effective. If not for diet pursposes, at least healthy.</description>

		<description>hi aggie, it&#039;s good that you&#039;re trying to lessen your intake of Coke (better pa if you cut it na talaga) i&#039;m also into losing weight so sometimes i drink green tea but the commercial type, i drink it only when i feel i&#039;ve eaten fatty foods, for my diet i choose oatmeal and tuna for lunch and unflavored gelatin with milk at night, my breakfast is normal food. Sunday is my diet dayoff. nice tips from you, thanks! take care always!</description>
