Since the Internet nowadays is so accessible to everybody these days even teenagers, the web has been a tool for vulnerable people most especially the youth. That is where spy software comes in handy. Sometimes it can really be a benefit to people. If I am a parent, I can keep track on what my kids do on their computers. I am an emploer, I can use for gauging the productivity of my employees. I can also track if they are complying with the Internet Acceptable Use policy. It has been a tool used by the police nowadays. They can recover web site visited and even passwords to private diaries!

I visited a very beautiful resthouse in Baguio once. I love the smell of the house - as it is has a balcony overlooking pine trees and the fireplace smells of burnt wood. There is always a caramel Yankee candle buring too! I love those smells! I asked the owner how she maintains the fireplace and she said she just uses gas logs. She has a beautiful wood fireplace that she hardly ever uses due to the inconvenience of stoking firewood or the mess that is caused by smoke and ash, so she considered installing a gas log. Far easier to use that firewood, gas logs come in options for a vented or ventless fireplace, the first looking more like a real wood fire, and the second a more efficient heating source.
You get the warmth and smell without the mess! ![]()
We have two children - a six year old and a nine month old baby. Recently, we were offered an insurance package. We hesitated as money is tight right now but we know getting one really insures our future most especially our kids’. What is actually intimidating is the types of insurance one can have these days! The coverage from death, life, education, car, home, even body, insurance are really overwhelming! That’s why it is really best to compare insurance quotes before you get one. With me and my husband, we thought it over and discussed it really well and we settled on one - we need to secure our kids’ education. That remains to be our top priority. We would not know what would happen in the future and if ever anything happens to us, we need to make sure our children will be able to finish their studies - that is the only legacy we can give them.
We can also take life insurance - but we are wary that if ever our kids will still be minors when we die, the money will just be spent on things we would not even prioritize for the kids. Of course there will be legal beneficiaries for them but we can never be trustful even with family. And you would have to take into consideration that the value of money changes over the year. The one million worth of insurance coverage you got ten years ago will not buy you as much today as 10 years ago - so your insurance coverage, in a way, depreciated as well.
Besides, to be honest, there will be no money left in our pockets with two educational insurance plans! ![]()

With all the recent releases of mobile phones lately, it is very very tempting to upgrade your phone every month. There are online stores which have mobile plans that can get a free cell phone if you avail of a new plan. In Wirefly though, existing customers who just renew their current contracts can get a free cell phone with freebies when they do their cell phone upgrade with them! Aint that a good deal? If it were left to me, I would upgrade my phone to a Motorola Razr. I am not much into Nokia cell phones lately since they tend to downgrade easily. Plus Im just so into the Pink Razr lately. I just saw in the Wirefly web site that if you are a current Sprint customer, they over exclusive online deals on all NEW Sprint phones!! And yes, they even have Cingular upgrades as well. They offer a FREE Blac Razr with a Bluetooth headeset with a new Cingular account. If I get the Cingular Nation 450 with Rollover (a 2 year contract) with national coverage, I get 450 minutes which I can use anytime and 5000 night and weekend minutes! It would only cost me 439.99 per month. If I get the Motorola Razr V3t Black with a new T-Mobile Account I can get it for free! I get more 1000 minutes at only $39.99 a month and I can even save more and get two phones with a shared plan! I need to convince Edil we need this!! And after rebates, I can get $50.00 Cash Back!
You cannot beat the offers Wirefly has on their site. I also have noticed they have a rotating banner that has a three day sale where you can get the hottest Cingular phones free with select service plans! You can order online or by phone. Thay offer a RED MotoRazr there with a new Cingular account.

There is now an audio CD which can help golfers focus on the mental aspect of the game. I used to golf before, when work was not out the way. Mental Golf is harder than the game itself - you need to have concentration and strategy with your skills and it is as important as your swings. This CD will be able to help you get into the “zone” and help you play your best game yet! ![]()
And I will be scarce for the rest of the week as well. We will be finishing training by Friday and by then I will go on a three day rest day with a return to work time in the afternoons. Hopefully, I can scrap more pages. I really really miss it.
As for now, it will just be me and the kits I can just look but not touch.
I also have a terrible terrible backache because of sitting in front of the computer for too long.
I have been reading a lot of insurance news lately. I want to equip myself with all the knowledge I need to get in order for me to learn how to compare insurance offers intelligently and get which one would be best for us.
Even if we do not have a car yet, I was tasked to compare care insurance offers for my cousin. She recently was given a car as a gift and though the car itself is free, she needs to pay for car insurance on her own. Which if you think about it, is really cheap compared to buying the whole thing.
We are also looking into getting home insurance for some properties. You will never know what will happen in the future so it is best to be prepared for things to come.
I have had three personal loans in three years - two from the same bank and another from a different bank. Honestly, I just needed to get out of debt so I opted for a loan - which actually plunged me deeper into debt. Do not get me wrong, if you really know how to handle money, you would not be like me who will be in a huge financial mess. The two loans I got from the bank had really good interest rates. I tried availing of unsecured loans but was dissuaded by my husband who told me one loan within our wages is enough. We need to think about home improvement loans.
I have more than the above average salary, and I still have no savings. I really would encourage you to read up on loan articles before taking the plunge. ![]()

Lately, Edil and I have been discussing whether or not we take the risk and become both work-from-home people. I am the first one to doubt whether we can make it or not, but the possibility of being with the kids 24 hours a day 7 days a week is really appealing.
First, we need to invest on an office area and build a virtual office from there. I am such an organized person that I know I should have an area purely dedicated for business. I searched the web and came across Office Supply Outfitters. They are the premier supplier of toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges, printer supplies, fax supply and HP toner. They have low prices and superior customer service, as well as our extensive collection of printer cartridges, fax & copier supplies, paper, and other supplies.
What I like about their site is that they have links to free user manual forms, toner and ink savings tips and they even have a page solely for knowing your consumer rights!
They also have Price Buster Packs which allow me to save more and even offer Online Instant Rebates on top of that!
Here are there online instant rebates: a) Purchase $100 or more (not including freight or tax) and take an instant rebate of $10. Use the coupon code of Save10 at checkout. b) Purchase $300 or more (not including freight or tax)and take an instant rebate of $20. Use the coupon code of Save20 at checkout. c) Purchase $500 or more (not including freight or tax)and take an instant rebate of $30. Use the coupon code of Save30 at checkout.

She had her first fashion show last night at the Le Pavilion for her requirements for her course in college. She was one of the designers of that line. She is a fan of all things anime and all things ecletic. She keeps a DeviantArt gallery, recently has her tongue pierced much to our surprise (wait till my parents know about this!). I also saw her browsing tattoo pictures once and had to put my foot down and tell her no tattoos. She said she seriously almost did it, but saw herself with kids and tattoos and was immediately turned off. Good.
