I visited a very beautiful resthouse in Baguio once. I love the smell of the house - as it is has a balcony overlooking pine trees and the fireplace smells of burnt wood. There is always a caramel Yankee candle buring too! I love those smells! I asked the owner how she maintains the fireplace and she said she just uses gas logs. She has a beautiful wood fireplace that she hardly ever uses due to the inconvenience of stoking firewood or the mess that is caused by smoke and ash, so she considered installing a gas log. Far easier to use that firewood, gas logs come in options for a vented or ventless fireplace, the first looking more like a real wood fire, and the second a more efficient heating source.

We have two children - a six year old and a nine month old baby. Recently, we were offered an insurance package. We hesitated as money is tight right now but we know getting one really insures our future most especially our kids’. What is actually intimidating is the types of insurance one can have these days! The coverage from death, life, education, car, home, even body, insurance are really overwhelming! That’s why it is really best to compare insurance quotes before you get one. With me and my husband, we thought it over and discussed it really well and we settled on one - we need to secure our kids’ education. That remains to be our top priority. We would not know what would happen in the future and if ever anything happens to us, we need to make sure our children will be able to finish their studies - that is the only legacy we can give them.

We can also take life insurance - but we are wary that if ever our kids will still be minors when we die, the money will just be spent on things we would not even prioritize for the kids. There is now an audio CD which can help golfers focus on the mental aspect of the game. I used to golf before, when work was not out the way. And I will be scarce for the rest of the week as well. We will be finishing training by Friday and by then I will go on a three day rest day with a return to work time in the afternoons. Hopefully, I can scrap more pages. I really really miss it.

As for now, it will just be me and the kits I can just look but not touch.

I also have a terrible terrible backache because of sitting in front of the computer for too long.

I have been reading a lot of insurance news lately. I want to equip myself with all the knowledge I need to get in order for me to learn how to compare insurance offers intelligently and get which one would be best for us.

Even if we do not have a car yet, I was tasked to compare care insurance offers for my cousin. She recently was given a car as a gift and though the car itself is free, she needs to pay for car insurance on her own. Which if you think about it, is really cheap compared to buying the whole thing.

I have had three personal loans in three years - two from the same bank and another from a different bank. Honestly, I just needed to get out of debt so I opted for a loan - which actually plunged me deeper into debt. Do not get me wrong, if you really know how to handle money, you would not be like me who will be in a huge financial mess. The two loans I got from the bank had really good interest rates. I tried availing of unsecured loans but was dissuaded by my husband who told me one loan within our wages is enough. We need to think about home improvement loans.

I have more than the above average salary, and I still have no savings. I really would encourage you to read up on loan articles before taking the plunge.
