<description>You know, all this talk about IBackup was driving me crazy. There is just one way to find out the quality of service of these guys who think they have a great product. I got in touch with their Support Staff. (support@ibackup.com) and shot my queries to them. What a surprise I got ! These guys were prompt in their response and they patiently answered all my questions.

I got to know that IBackup is suitable across multiple platforms. (Mozy does not work with Mac, right?) The open file backup feature seemed to be very beneficial as it allows users like me to backup Outlook files. Its unique subscription plan allows me to scale my backup plans as my storage needs increase. Other useful features include fast drag-and-drop, encryption, mirroring, syncing and Sub-Accounts.

I was also told about IDrive which maps my online account as a virtual drive on to my computer.I can play my music and video files using my favorite media player with IDrive Multimedia.

I was really impressed by the flexibility that these guys at IBackup offered. After serious thought, I decided to initially try out the Free Trail of their product. Now, Iam glad to say that Iam not disappointed at all. I think I made one of the best choices in my life.
