Have you heard about the wonderful things Goji berries can do to your body? Himalayan Goji berries are considered to be the most nutritious food source on the planet. They are grown and harvested on the fertile valleys of Tibet and the Mongolian Himalayas. The authentic and best strain, Lycium Eleagnus Barbarum makes up the best Himalayan Goji Berries. Goji berries have been revered by the Himalayan people for centuries for their health benefits and potential life extending qualities. Nutrient rich soil and the pristine fresh mountain air assure near perfect conditions for the Goji plant to flourish.
Goji berries have the richest antioxidants based on the ORAC test (ozygen Radicao Absorbance Capacity) beating pomegranate! It surpassed it by 300% where pomegranate has a 10,450 level while Goji berries have a level of 30, 500!
It has been found that people who eat Goji berries on a regular basis are known to rarely suffer from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, or many other diseases that commonly afflict people of the Western Civilization. The person known to have lived longer than any other person in recorded history, Li Qing Yuen, lived to 252 years of age. He ate Goji berries on a daily basis, and three times received official certificates from the Chinese Government for his outstanding longevity achievements.
There are different products made from Goji berries out in the market: Dried Goji berries, Goji Juice, Liquid Vitamins and even Seaweed Fertilizer.
The 100% Goji Juice has anti-aging benefits, readily absorbable, delicious and tasty, is an energy level booster, promoted weight loss and improves libido and general metabolism.
Since we all know Vitamin C is an antioxidant and antioxidants slow down aging, and build up the immune system and promote good health, and if Goji berries are so rich with them, all the write ups Ive found over the web must be true!
Ill definitely be looking this up in stores.

Lately, I have been drawn watching any related to home improvement – crafts, decorations, interiors, furniture making, etc. I am particularly obsessed with kitchen remodeling. Our kitchen sink is in dire need of renovation. The tiles are chipping off and the sink needs to be realigned. I would want an exhaust over my barely-a-year kitchen stove. I want to be able to have a separate pantry for kitchen stuff and ingredients. I want to have anti-scratch kitchen tiles! I would want to invest on stainless steel. This is all if I would even take time to really learn how to cook! I really think that there is some relation to having a nice kitchen to being a good cook – it would be conducive to cooking! I would want a refurbished antique stove – for decorative purposes. I want my kitchen to be really homey! I promise Id spend extra time for my kitchen once I buy my own house!!!

My vision is perfect actually – 20/20. It used to be around 75/100, but I don’t know why but an eye doctor told me I have 20/20 vision last year. I also was prescribed glasses to prevent eye strain from being in front of the computer for too long – which, up to now, I still have not done. I have lazy eye on my left eye though – genetics as my Mom has one, Matthew inherited his from me. I havent noticed anything from Martha yet.
Now, usually, when I was prescribed to wear glasses, I would order a pair of contacts as well. I would get the soft lens, with a touch of color, like Johson’s acuvue lenses.
I used to have a very high replacement rate for my contacts. I would lose them every three months. The shortest was just a week – I found out my grandfather died and I cried and voila! No contacts too
AC Lens has all of the contact lens information that you need to keep your eyes healthy and feeling fresh. Contact lenses are great devices when they are cared for properly.
There is a forum here – www.aclens.com – that has a very comprehensive listing of articles, FAQs, and helpful links for taking care of contact lens, and eye health in general. They have contact lens reviews, eye health issues, glasses, optical information site, even topics about refractive surgery. If there is a topic not answered with the articles or by browsing through the forum, you can ask the AC Lens Eye Doctor.
I actually read up on how to insert and remove contact lens. Believe or not, I still cannot master the art of wearing them!

Has it been buried over the number of posts related to blogging while earning? I want to make a conscious effort to be able to document the little things in life – the moments I sometimes forget, and these have taken a backseat with the opportunity to earn while blogging, scrapping and work. So there it is again, my goal for this year: Strive to make the balance. I need to find that. Sometimes, there will be things I will forget, and I need to find time to write that down.
Being sick makes me introspective like this

Edil and I have been talking of moving out of my parents’ house. Matthew is turning seven this year and let’s face it, he is still co-sleeping with us and it’s about time he gets his own room and bed. Matthew is pretty much scared about the idea yet excited that he can pick his own bed. Kids Beds are great priced at this site – www.greatpricedfurniture.com. Their collection varies and they have affordable payment options. They even have a button that has been affiliated with GE Consumer Financing – which says No Interest and No Payments* for up to 12 months! The have popular collections as Jessica McClintock, Jackson Creek, Princess Bouquet, Carolina Retreat and more. I love that they have this great advice for parents: With new customizable furniture, parents can change the color of their children’s furniture with just a few easy steps. Kids can be brutal on furniture, so it’s also important that their furniture is durable and will grow with them. Customizable furniture and the functionality to grow with a child is truly the future of kids furniture. They even have furniture tips online: Decorating and Style, Furniture Care and Furniture Education.

Im sick with the flu – must be the late nights and no sleep has finally caught up with me. So Ive wasted my weekend dozing off and on and taking care of a sick kiddo – Martha. Martha has got it bad – she cant breathe, and she is really grumpy. Im going to try scrapping layouts tonight — I need do meet deadlines for my teams and Ive had no output at all the last two weeks.

A very very sore left side. LOL. I really need to exercise. I stretched this morning and my whole right leg had cramps so bad I was crying! I think I also have sore muscles in my back from sitting in front of the computer so long. So Im going to do some housework today, review Matthew for his tests and just tackle down scrapping late at night. I will be scarce…and I promise I will be

With all the digiscrap kits and pictures I have on my hard drive, properly burned to DVDs and archived to external hard drives as well, I am still contemplating on getting an online back up storage like IBackup – Online Backup. They are actually a leading company for storage solutions for small businesses. Those pictures mean more to me than the most money I can have, so I am willing to invest on some safe storage I can use.
