And it comes soo perfect *insert sarcastic tone* for it come just a day before payday. So I am strapped for cash (as usual) – I have cash in hand but I need to stretch it until Wednesday when payday comes since I do not know when we would need some emergency money in the house (Im calculating we will run out of LPG soon – we run out every 3-4 weeks).
Im still determined to cook for him though. And I told I will just cook for him on the 31st
LOL. While we were at SM yesterday and Edil lined up to get us a cab to meet our relatives for dinner (at the Block), me and the kids decided to stroll around (with Martha’s stroller, LOL) the department store.
So I directed them to the men’s clothing section and told Matthew, “Tingin tyo ng present ke Daddy kasi birthday na nya. What would we buy? Bili tyo ng T-shirt kasi wala ng shirt si Daddy na bago.”
Matthew gets hysterical and yells, “MOMMY! Ano ka ba?!?! Ayaw nya yun! Gusto nya Pokemon! Sabi nya sa akin! Totoo! Ayaw nya yan!”
Mehn, Pokemon addicts in the house!!
You want proof?

(If you want to know why it’s ELIAS, it is because our house is in ELIAS ST, LOL, it should have been AVISO Cup, ELIAS Championships, but since Matthew was playing, pangit daw tingnan – naks, may delicadeza pa silang nalalaman no?! LOL)
Yep, Edil created this and booted my nice family LO from our computer desktop. My kid cousins are hanging out in the house so much since they hit the Pokemon craze…so much that my Lola has branded Edil and the house, Daddy Day Care LOL. He runs a “tournament” between the kids (around 5 boys) and whoever wins, gets a pack of cards he bought. Dang, that man has child-like ways, which is actually good, you know. He has a way with kids…he just needs to tame his temper.
So me and my little princess are stuck in the tower, este bedroom, kasi the living room is used for “games”. So we turn on the aircon and play dress up and take pictures and I each her how to dance. So far, she is doing the head bob really well and she squats up and down with grace (like a duck, LOL), so maybe in time for her birthday she will know how to stomp her feet
. That girl is going to be hands full. She is LOUD!
Do you want to know the song she dances to?
Dance, Baduday dance.
Dance, Baduday dance with me. (to the tune of Thumbelina!)
(What Im actually updating personal stuff?! No way!
)
Hey, I know Im a posting whore, but you can still comment you know

I gorged on food again.
I discovered the Block at SM North Edsa. Ate baby back ribs, the ultimate seafood fest, oysters again, onion rings and shrimp, and mud pie…oooohh, the mud pie was heavenly!! I also got the dress and shoes my Mom sent from the US for Martha — and it was in pink and brown!
Cant wait to get pictures of her! And I discovered a nice picture studio called Pic-A-Boo which is cheaper compared to Picture Company. I need to schedule the kids there soon!
More stories later…our company has a meeting and Im the only one left on the floor! LOL

My take on the Jen Wilson Week 3 re-JEN-e-rate contest. If you click on the link, you will be able to read what happened last Sunday. And you will know why I loved that day!
Best oysters, cold coffee, laughter, complete family…what more could I ask for, right?
Hmmm…I ask for more pictures! I was eating too much I forgot to take pictures! LOL

I’ve got a ton of goodies to play with from Natalie Braxton and I’ve got a great idea swimming in my head for a layout and I cannot do it now since we need to go to dinner (again) to meet with my aunt who just arrived from the US and the uncle we met last weekend (with the best tasting oysters in town).
Right now, Im finding the balance to prioritize hard, since all I want to do these days is scrap. So I guess this is His way in telling me to get my butt off the computer chair, LOL.
I want to write longer but I just finished seven – yes seven – paid writing tasks so my brain is squeezed dry for creative writing. Hehehe. What can I say? I need to earn and I want to earn big. Hopefully, this trend continues.
I will update with a better entry after I get back from eating too much at fine restaurant. LOL.
Dont worry Mares, I will eat na lang for you

LOL
Not really, these were circa 2002, which as my dear husband tells me, looks like eons ago by the looks of how he looks NOW. I have never thought of scrapping these, but a prompt over at JWD made me just go ahead and take the plunge. You might want to click on it to read what I wrote, so you can understand.
Hotness is subjective.
I would not want my man any other way right now
(The layout made him want to go back to the gym though, ehehe).
Now, what I like most about Edil is that he has very natural looks – he doesnt maintain anything with his skin and I prayed before when I pregnant with the kids that they get their dad’s nose so they would not be like mine and they had to get rhinoplasty Beverly Hills – since I have a very “pug” nose, LOL.

Since the summer is coming up, me and Edil were talking about which trips we will be taking the kids to. Swimming in a pool is a no question, since it will be Martha’s first time and Matthew loves to swim – we are not risking the beach as Martha is too young and Matthew doesnt know how to swim yet. Plus, I hate the salty dirty water our beaches has these days. Another thing we are seriously considering is signing up for the day trip at Zoobic Safari in Subic since Matthew loves animals. Since there will be a forest trek, and a safari ride, Matthew might need binoculars so I did my research. Here is what I found:

Since I am a self-confessed Grinch when the Day of Hearts and Reds come by, I thought I would need to set up a wish list like Christmas for Valentines Day Gifts. I would personally love a gourmet basket – but make it a pink and brown basket – throw together my favorite foods – TWIX chocolates or Ferrero Rocher chocolates, a moist fudgy chocolate cake, Yellow Cab Pizza, and pink and brown stuff. Id love little spa trinkets (and even gift certificates) and if you absolutely want to throw in flowers, please do not make it daisies – I hate them. Carnations and roses, please. And dont forget to include a card, will you? I prefer handwritten notes. Just make sure when you give gifts, make it personalized so it is well worth the effort!

Sorry, this entry will be made in parts English and Tagalog.
Pucha.
Im so seething with anger right now. When I was about to put Martha in for her nap, I heard a woman shouting her ass off. So I was thinking, great, there goes another day with a scandalous fight in our streets.
But it was non stop for 10 minutes already, and I heard a kid crying. So sumilip ako mula sa balcony namin.
Tangina.
A kid the same age as Mato was crying his heart out and his right eye was I think swollen. The bitch was hitting him. An elderly woman came out to stop them (I think it was the bitch’s Mom). It turns out that she was hitting the wrong kid. Because the one responsible was the kid’s playmate.
The elderly woman was so mad she picked a wooden plank and threatened the bitch. Sana tinuloy na lang nya. The last I saw them the bitch was dragging the poor kid onto their house and cursing and shouting.
All for what?!
For freaking 20 peso bill.
Napunit sya habang nagpabili sya sa mga bata.
I was so mad I was about to go out and throw a 100 peso bill to her face. Kainin mo leche ka, tigilan mo nga ung bata.
I swear, she must have been on drugs to make a spectacle out of a 20 peso bill.
Grabe, di ko makalimutan un without getting angry all over again!
Paano magiging matino ang mga bata kung ganun ang mga magulang? Do you even wonder how much it affected the poor kid? Kaya ung mga adolescents dito halang din mga ugali eh, they were abused in some way during their childhood.
Syet. Naiinis talaga ako.
All for twenty pesos.
*Sorry for the bad words, Im going to edit them once I get over my anger. Right now, it stays there because she deserves it.
