Mom and my younger sister Abbie has been in the US for a week now, enjoying an all-expense paid trip which will take them to SF, LA, Vegas, Chicago, NY, PA and Hawaii, possibly. Dad is coming after in October, and there is a great possibility that they will spend months (possibly Christmas), there. Which leaves me in charge (sorta) of the household (and its expenses). It's scary but I'm just thinking of the boxes I will get after
I've made some bilins, usuall tech stuff (Ipod, digicam to take belly shots — I got this covered! Secret muna kanino ko nakuha), items for the baby and a kid's computer and clothes and basketball shoes for the Adorkable Brat Matthew. I did request a few maternity clothes and shoes (!!! I'm a size 10-11) and since they would need pictures, I've been surfing for possible styles.

Maternity dresses in the US are so my style (and my age) and most importantly, my size I hope they can ship a box in time for Christmas so I won't have to buy fashionable maternity clothes. As of the mo', my jeans still close but my tummy is suffering, my bras are full with breasts-getting-ready-to-produce-milk, my shirts are OK, and I intend not to buy anything until I reach 20 weeks (4 months) — that way I will be able to track my weight. I will just have to make do with my skirts. Incidentally, I actually lost 3lbs during my last OB appointment!

The two above are just one of the stuff I'm making them buy (read: making utos, hehehe). It's very versatile since you can use it after pregnancy because they use your original waistline and create stretchable panels. I'm going to order around 1-2 sizes bigger, just to sure
