another mabilis recipe for me is baked boneless bangus. i usually buy this daing-like boneless bangus pero non-marinated, so hindi sha lasang daing.

i just rub lemon juice (or calamansi), salt & pepper on the fish. put chopped ginger, tomatoes, garlic, onion, and jalapeno (or any other pepper available, just for the "kick"). Bake until fish is cooked.

one super bilis ulam i always make for Randy & myself is Tinolang Tahong or Halaan (Clams).

Just sautee garlic, onion & ginger in oil. Add the seafood, salt pepper to taste, (but i think guisa sa patis is better). Add water or yung hugas-bigas. Simmer then add either green papaya or sayote. Finally, when ok na yung lasa, add kangkong or spinach.

Note:
We love eating this with Pork Inihaw with sawsaw suka.

Hi Aggie. Try my recipe for Tom Yum. Super dali.

1 can of chicken broth
1/2 can of gata (don't know the quantity if fresh)
1 can of mushrooms sliced
a bunch of fresh cilantro
dash of chili flakes (or depends how spicy you want it to be
1/2 kilo of chicken cubed ( no bones)
1/2 packet of sinigang mix (or however much sourness you want)
1 tbsp patis

Place the chiken broth in a pot, Add chiken, let boil until cooked. Add sinigang mix, patis, mushrooms and gata. Adjust taste accordingly. Add chopped cilantro. Add chili flakes at the end. Now ready to serve.
