Showing First Real Signs of Panic!

Just got off a YM conference with fellow June W@W Brides, and I think I’m the only one who is still very much knee-deep in preparations! All of them have gone through fittings with their gowns, and I just had my measurement last Tuesday! I don’t have any invites yet! I have yet to finalize the reception menu and I haven’t lost any weight (as if I try hard, really, I just eat and eat and eat…) So to take my mind off panicking, let me write all of this down:

Church:
Chapel of the Transfiguration of Jesus
Nasugbu, Batangas
Amount: 15000
Downpayment: 5000
Amount to be settled on/before May 24th: 10000

Church Requirements:
1. Baptismal and Confirmation Certificates - submitted
2. Marriage Contract - submitted
3. Canonical Interview - target: May 14, Wednesday, need to call Sally Dastas of St. Francis the Xavier, Nasugbu, Batangas.
4. Pre-Cana Seminar: attending Discovery Weekend on May 6-8, need to book on April 15.
5. Marriage Banns
6. Officiating Priest: Fr. Benny Garcia - a family friend, need to get license number
7. List of Principal Sponsors - done, need to get full names. Kaso baka madadagdagan pa.

- get Missallette approved by Fr. Benny. Print 15-20 copies.
- Unity Candle, lighting candles
- Accessories: second veil, candles, cord, matches
- Offertory : what are these?
- Assign Lector, 1st and 2nd Readings
- Bible, Arrhae (with Sugar, Salt, Rice, Currency Coins), Rosary

Reception Hall:
Veritas Hall
1. Need to send in deposit by next week.
2. Need to ask following Qs: a. Is grilling allowed? , b. Can they set up before the day (overnight?), c. Can the bathrooms be used for the waiters to take a bath (dahil sa gabi pa sila dun kung sakali!)
3. Need to take pictures of layout so we can think of reception layout and design.

Catering:
Aramico’s Catering
1. Need to finalize menu.
2. Will be availing linens and equipments.
3. Layout
4. Adding Mongolian Grill if allowed.

Florist:
Steve Dorotan
1. Need to talk to finalize and give rough quote on entou flowers
2. Take him to Caleruega on next ocular to let him see the Chapel and Hall.
3. Discuss if he can provide back drop and dress presidential and couple’s table.
4. Ask if he can make linens as planned.

Entourage:
1. Distribute cloth/accessories to members plus sketch/details and picture of finished outfit.
2. Get Pom to make earring accessories.

Gown:
1. Schedule fittings.
2. Get tela - shantung, dope-dyed and chiffon.
3. Get Betty’s Bodyform c”,)!
4. Shoes, Girdle, Hairpiece, Jewelry (studs), Garter.

Suit for Edil and Matthew:
1. Scout for suits, tela - Gardini (1st option).
2. Chocolate Brown Suit-Light Pink Polo-Pink Striped Tie. (Have to convince Edil to wear PINK!)

For Matthew:
Vest, Long Sleeves, Bow Tie
Trolley - Dress up with Steve
Scout for miniature teddy bears.

2. Pre-nups at UP around 4PM. - Set up meeting time with Mimi, pre-prod mtngs via YM.
