South Beach Diet:

here's a typical SBD phase 1 day for me
bfast: 2 scrambled eggs fried in olive oil or canola oil and 2 slices of canadian bacon or turkey breast bacon/ham and sugar free juice
mid morning snack: sugar free jell-o
lunch: lettuce salad with turkey breast ham and eggs, w/ lite ranch dressing and diet, caffeine free soda
mid afternoon snack: one part skim mozzarella cheese stick
dinner: 6 oz steak cooked on the grill
